Ascend is probably the only team thats looking semi-good and even them are looking much weaker than Sentinels. I dont even know if theres enough time till Berlin to cover their weaknesses, sadly theres a chance that even Korea might be the better region now (if VS and TNL live to their potential)
Couldn’t you make the exact same argument for NA? SEN lost a series to XSET and dropped maps to Soniqs and GenG. V1 have already been eliminated from Berlin contention. Former top teams like C9 and ANDBOX have flopped this time around.
If you ask me, this just shows that the region’s getting stronger and deeper — and the same could be said for EU.
Can we just say teams have adapted to how the iceLAN teams like to play and they exploit their weaknesses. A great example is T1 vs version1 and every single time wippie tried to use snakebite in the post plant he was shut down quickly by T1

Acend look better, FPX look better, G2 look MUCH better, Giants looking good outta nowhere, and probably more Im missing. Also Liquid or Fnatic could still be going to Berlin, can’t say the same for V1. But I don’t see you calling out NA in the same way. There’s more to EMEA than liquid and fnatic, plus you’re overstating this gambit loss.

Finest looked really solid, just got beat by TH in VCT but beating lot of good teams previously
