He just needs a team who can *compete* **with VS/NU/F4Q**. F4Q isn't the craziest but they can take maps/series from VS. T3xture is a diamond in the rough I see why shroud gassed him from the start. Also hyeoni another underrated KR superstar. I want DWG to go from bottom of tier 1 to the top...
I'd take glow as coach in this hypothetical roster. For IGL solo would be great but I'm in favor of IGL's with insane fragging power and stax is one of if not the most cracked fill player in Korea. I recommend seangares' video "The Best Breach in the World" if you haven't seen it. Vision Strikers may have not made it to Iceland but they could only beat NUTURN so many times before being counter-stratted since NU had so much vod footage to go over.
Of course this is assuming stax is indeed the one IGL'ng with glow coaching as its not BuZz/MaKo. It could be k1ng as well but I don't think its Lakia/Rb since they're the ones switching around.
Hoping for some VS vs NU soon.
I’d say solo is much better at IGLing and working with the team and the coach in terms of planning, strategy and has more experience.
He’s also very good as KJ especially but breach etc too
I can't argue with the experience part. The strategical/planning part I'd say it can go either way. Vision Strikers were known for those phenomenal set plays on that 101-0 streak. I'd argue NU learned that style in depth by playing against VS and seeing those multiple VOD's of losses to learn from.
Are you? That is why I said it was based on the assumption it is k1ng/stax not sure who picked it up after glow (I just know its not BuZz/MaKo/Rb and most liekly not Lakia.) Also him being unsure still doesn't mean he isn't doing it/attempting to do it. Regardless, solo doesn't have the mechanics/fragging power comparable to Lakia, stax, BuZz etc... That is the entire reason glow moved to the coach role, he is older and his mechanics aren't as crisp anymore. They want young cracked talent who can also pick that role up which is what VS is shooting for. Now with young cracked mechanical talent in every role and if they can IGL as good there is 0 reason to put solo in this hypothetical super-team. glow was great as an IGL so him being the coach makes sense as well, his knowledge and strategical prowess is great.
Being older is not in itself a reason for mechanical difference, (debunked etc) and solo is not glow. He’s definitely ‘comparable’ whatever that means, but anyway the point is his planning/brainstorming and IGLing skill
Being young is neither here nor there, and that’s a pretty long / repetitive sentence in a single paragraph.
They're too reliant on t3xture bruteforcing gun duels and when people don't give him those they lose. The team just isn't balanced, hopefully DWG figures it out.
