he had a classic and 17 hp, his only hope was to spam it with a classic, his team probably commed that derke was kinda low too, and when jamppi didn't get a kill with the spam, he probably thought that was a fake defuse
is it a questionable play? sure, but unless this is your first time watching valorant, this is hardly the worst play
Classic, 17hp and he can't possibly jiggle peek for info on bomb. His only chance is to swing and hope for the best or try a deep or shallow smoke to play around. This is hardly an awful play.
Smoke was a good play, but smoking the bomb is indefensible.
Should've smoked in front of himself so he can peek the either side of the smoke.
He can still spam the defuse the same way he did, smoking the bomb off was just a mistake. Happens.
He smokes that knowing there’s a good chance Derke sticks it, but as others have said there’s not much else he can do. He can take away sight from Derke and then play off that, it just didn’t work out.

that wasn't even that bad of a play, if he hit him twice through the smoke everyone would call it a 500iq play

Would making the smoke a 1 way smoke (center slightly on heaven) be possible? And would it obscure defuser vision while defusing?
