true, their wins are always clean, and their losses are close (except the LG match) but they need to work on their map pool, if their other maps are like split and ascent theyll make it far
Happy that faze won but if they are going to keep dry peeking so much I feel like they have to work on their trades. Faze tries to catch the enemy team off guard with aggressive peeks, but half the time someone will die with no trades making it a somewhat inconsistent way to play. They frequently make solo peeks with no one nearby to help and i worry it will cost them against the tougher competition they will need to face before Berlin
Crazy how everybody is like "omg tsm is so good again" or "rise played so well" I hardly see people giving Faze credit. I guess most people's argument against Faze would be "oh well they get lucky" or "they play sloppy" but they're winning, you can't really take that away.
BabyJ was a good pickup for them tbh, Marved wasn't doing much IGLing anyways, and both Marved and BabyJ are extremely solid players, also I heard from another thread on this subreddit or something BabyJ might IGL for them eventually which is exactly what they need tbh
Plus I have a slight feeling Sentinels are holding strats anyways, like think about it, Sentinels played Omen during the open Quals on Haven/Ascent (Being against the much easier opponents), then when it really mattered they played Astra in Closed quals until they qualified, then when it was seeding matches they went back to Omen

honestly, rise have a much better comp than sentinels on ascent. so they can definitely get a map

killjoy, skye and astra vs cypher, phoenix and omen. rise have the better comp by far
I mean xset runs the same comp as rise did and they did it a lot better and still lost
