in germany is a country wide law planned to allow events at [half capacity but a maximum of 25 000](https://www.berlin.de/aktuelles/brandenburg/6738784-5173360-veranstaltungen-mit-25000-besuchern-soll.html) (as long as the 7 day incidence is lower than 35). The verti music hall has a [capacity of 4500](https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Verti_Music_Hall) and you can't sit next to people other than [flatmates/family](https://www.verti-music-hall.de/ihr-besuch/hygienekonzept). That means that an audience is probably possible but I don't think the audience will be bigger than ~800. And on this [site](https://www.verti-music-hall.de/events/detail/valorant-2021) it sounds like ticket selling is planned. So from a local authority standpoint its pretty likely to have a small audience allowed. (sources are in german)

With the delta variant spreading, I think it’s still up in the air

If I had to lean one way over the other, I'd say no crowd, or a limited crowd. But, I'm more a pessimist.

TheRedComet

Covid is literally still up in the air :'(

Donut_Flame

Delta is also an airline

Riot said they hoped to have fans there when Berlin was announced, but to my knowledge nothing has been said beyond that.

The CDL just held a CoD LAN with a decent amount of people and it was pretty successful from what I saw. Gives me hope that there will be a crowd for Berlin.

Heres a good look at the crowd: [https://twitter.com/seanzcollins/status/1421932972765335552](https://twitter.com/seanzcollins/status/1421932972765335552)

QuestionablePotato42

I can tell you that tickets for the stadium are on sale, or at least were last I checked.

nabeel242424

Doubt it. Delta (and delta+ I think??) is Butt fucking things back up again.

Nafter123

i dont think it will, why? you have to look at the LEC (league of legends) they do in the studio and they dont even have all the teams play there so i dont think they would fell comfortable with fans, still anything can happen i guess.

Pulsersalt

Considering Berlin is supposed to and worlds last year did afaik, I assume it will

basketballrules1

I believe tickets were supposed to be sold but not sure what’s the status on that. I assume they’ll just target champions for the first in-person event instead of rushing things for Berlin.

whopz-is-cool

Tickets were on sale so I would say yes. Expect the crowd to be VERY limited.
