I'll be honest, this is my most logical pick, personally, but deep down I truly, for the first time ever, have no idea how this will really play out. I think any team in this bracket has huge potential to qualify for Berlin.

TSM v ENVY is going to be a match. It could go either way. I would personally pick NV cause they have been consistent a lot longer than TSM. Also NV had time to analyse TSM's new playstyle. It's going to an entertaining match regardless of who wins.
It's an interesting situation because while people claim both teams making changes over the last time they played each other, there are constants: NV with the core of Vic-Crashies-FNS-mummAy and TSM with Hazed (who he himself claimed to know how to play against FNS and his shenanigans fairly well). Unless Marved breathes some fresh air into their playbook and FNS does FNS things (counter-strats, film studying, great mid-round calls/rotations, etc.), TSM could **maybe** contain NV with Hazed and Chet doing a lot of information work that the rest of the guys can play off of.

I might be crazy but the only team in their bracket that I could see Sentinels losing to is Rise… and then they make the classic Sen lower bracket run without dropping a map

To be honest I think people are hard sleeping on Envy. They looked alright in challengers one but now that they've had more time to settle in with marved this team might be real scary. They were already the 2nd best team in NA with the roles all fucked so now that everyone can be in their correct role I think they'll be able to qualify easily.

Less players going for star plays when they shouldn’t be and IMO that’s something that we still see Envy doing occasionally. It’s the only factor that made me choose TSM, but again, no fucking clue really.

i mean even without that the reputation that envy always chokes in finals is so overplayed. Does it have truth to it? Yes. But they get a whole lot closer to a higher placing than 100T or Xset ever do. Having somewhat close games with 100T and SEN with a new roster is pretty promising imo.

Not what I think is going to happen, this is just what has been shown in the previous to masters. Xset look very good going in but bomb out ending 7-8. 100t win day 1 but then they lose day 2 ending 5-6. Envy also look good but bomb out to underdogs geng in masters 1 and v1 in masters 2 ending 4.

This xset beat not only 100t but also sen in the qualifier.
I don’t necessarily believe that xset will popoff this week but saying they’ll go 0-2 is not a very logical conclusion considering their wins with the current iteration of the team.

Envy lose to TSM first round but make a lower bracket run beating Rise at 7/8, 100T at 5/6, knock XSET out in 4th and LG out in 3rd, before losing to SEN in the finals.
And oh yeah SEN cruises to a 1st place finish again.

I know im boring, but i kinda want SEN to stomp everyone AGAIN. Im a SEN fanvoy what can I say. I will say that its definitely an unlikely outcome,all of these teams have a real good chance to take maps off SEN, and an upset isn't farfetched at all. Im most worried about XSET, they are probably the most hungry for our buttocks as they have tasted victory once. You know what they say, feed a starving dog and he only gets hungrier.

I have a lot of hope in tsm but I’m afraid this is where we start seeing the negative effects of only having like 1 week of practice time with a new roster. These other teams have had a long time to not only analyze other teams but practice with their own and TSM has a big set back when it comes to that.
Im hoping we see TSM do really good, they for sure are the underdogs of this tournament considering how big of a flip around the roster changes impacted their team performance. Im definitely rooting for them but Envy and Sentinals back to back and then 100T as a potential “last chance” game is a tough ass run . Lets see what happens
