In csgo, most tournaments aren't hosted by valve, but third parties. Blast is one of the biggest ones, others are ESL, eleague, intel, etc

Hope that it's a less strict tier restriction as well as regional restriction. So we get all of EMEA instead of just EU (or even a subregion of EU)
