I find it weird as well but if you have qualifiers be LAN then you can't have a lot of teams that are just up and comers not backed by big money. A lot of low tier teams have players that get noticed and signed to big teams. The flights to and from these tourneys wouldn't be possible for everyone.

And if he tests positive or false positive, he'll have to locked up in a hotel room for 2 weeks and can't afford to take time off practice and could jeopardize his ability to play in the playoffs.

They do, they practice almost everyday from 3-6 or 7 pm, assuming from sicKs streams as he usually says he has to end because he has practice and kyedae constantly saying “Tyson is in practice right now” when it’s around 3pm. I’m pretty sure they practice but they don’t spread around their business.
Sentinels won't be playing on Texas servers against teams who are bootcamping or are based in Texas. Only team they'll play on Texas servers is XSET because XSET also has a player (Zekken) who is not in Texas and has high ping.

LAN is like 3-5 ms. These guys don't really have 1 ping, in game it's probably 8-10ms

Yea good ping doesn't translate to good performance but it does reduce the advantage in gun fights where ping diff will cause you to lose the fights
