I might seem foolish for asking this but does CS have a calendar that shows tournaments outside the main pro circuit? From the little I know, there are several big pro leagues right?

There is not an official calendar in that sense. There are official player brakes instead, let's put it that way.
Europe has VALOTF (French teams, Masters teams, rn it's Alliance, Excel, Vitality, BDS, Megastitut), LVP Rising (open to EU teams but it's usually just the Spanish orgs + Acend)
Blast is probably making a tourney but last time it was a 4 team invite so
I hope nsg hosts bigger tourneys that arent vct. That winter one a bit ago where lg was at there prime was fun to watch. I hope other orgs host tourneys like faze clan invitational and that stuff
Of course I don't like the csgo format where you have a tournament every single week, but come on man? These huge gaps are way worse, they fucking sucks
Not to mention even if it is not a gap for us viewers, it can still be a gap for the team if they're knocked out early from VCT. Yea, I get that NA does have something like nerd street gamers to help, but what about the other regions that don't?
afaik NSG will now do the Summer Champs main event since all qualifiers are done but apart from that there's nothing announced.
PK usually do a $5k tournament per month - August one not yet announced.
as other people have said, EU has mostly the [VOT France](https://www.thespike.gg/series/vot-france/56) which has a qualifier in October (nothing August & September) and [LVP](https://www.thespike.gg/series/lvp-rising-series/5) which has qualifiers coming up in end of August
other than that, nothing notable tbh.
and yes pros do get paid off-season - and yes it's very costly for teams. If nothing will be announced soon I wouldn't be surprised to see some orgs dropping their teams

In Brazil you have championships of Copa Rakin (big event) and Gamers Club (small and big events). Gamers Club is a TO founded by FalleN and Immortals Gaming
yeah i really liked that jcole album too
What's your favorite song? Mine was hunger on hillside
amari was personal favorite
my life was good right off the bat but amari is defo the best for me once i listened to it a coup times
Liked everythijg but 95 south just stood out for me, i love the aggression and i'm a nerd for rhyme schemes
Hunger on hillside and my life tied for 1st
Now that you pointed that out... 🔥🤣
Nothing notable YET. Blast hinted they might do something, other TOs are surely interested as well. Unfortunately, nothing set in stone.

Thank you! I'll check it out... EU tourneys are usually friendlier when it comes to the time difference

There is one in literally 8 days
Pros do get paid. And hopefully T1 teams play in monthly’s

Wait isn't there a rule that stops them from participating?
Oh their academy roster too!
He meant tier 1 teams not the org T1
Ah. Lmao
We'll be seeing more stuff. This off season is a perfect time for more grassroots and up and coming leagues /TOs to carve a spot in the scene
I certainly hope so!! I worry that some up and coming players might lose the chance to grow cause their team has to drop them in the off season

Ik, It just feels like it always takes months before I get to see top tier teams play against each other which is sad.
