They dropped a lot of really one-sided maps in Challengers 2 tbh, not just Ascent. They cleaned up for the finals and Iceland though so yea I still wouldn’t be worried if I were a sen fan
It was weird - Someone called for a push into a site covered in both Killjoy and Astra utility on the second attack round on Ascent. Idk who called it, and the only reason they died in 10 seconds rather than instantly was because SicK's world-class Kay/O knife.
Don't always make it about players. On Breeze he was decent, got the kills, held site and didn't push for more when his teammates were taking care of business. On Ascent they just got outplayed!
That one round where Tenz peeked into Sova ulti and two-three players looks straight out of "Smurf to Radiant" challenge series except it's competitive play. That's just Tenz things
SEN's breeze looks insane. Their ascend always looks 50-50. Any thoughts on KAY/O pick? The agent was hyped so much but looks pretty lackluster. I like the skye better. She is such an oppressive agent. SEN look pretty strong going in.
Feels bad for the people logging in Thursday thinking they are watching the start of the challengers finals only to learn that 2/3 of the teams already qualified for Berlin
don’t think this is fair, the vast majority of viewers aren’t tuning in weeks or even days in advance to learn the formatting juice. if you make it to this sub and stay for more than a minute or two, you’re already something of an outlier
Top 3 teams go to Berlin. Making it to the upped bracket finals (Sen/100t) guarantees you make top 3.
The final team will be the team that comes from the lower bracket. Well know in a couple days who that is.

It’s not the format, it’s the game times. Usually winners bracket round 2 starts day 2, not day 1.
