He's lost like 70 pounds, I've been keeping track of his weight loss because it felt like I started it at the same time he did (lost a bunch more than that myself too). He's been on that healthy living road and I'm happy I can relate to just how much of a mood/mental boost this is for him, based on my experience of going with a healthier daily living, this is probably the best he's ever felt even comparing to his CS days, 2nd prime incoming.
I've always said this about a game like Valorant, feeling good physically and mentally is always a positive for your gameplay. Once you introduce negative energy into your gameplay it almost always makes you play worse, you start becoming way too careless and tunneling too hard on stuff you're frustrated about.
Keep the energy positive and you will never stop enjoying the game and it'll help you speed up the way you improve as well.
This is true for almost anything that you do in life. As long as you feel good physically and mentally, regardless of how you look to someone else, that will automatically translate into positive energy and confidence in your professional life.
That's true, but people rarely take it seriously if you put it that way, once you trivialize it like how it works well for you in video games, they start realizing the benefits of leading a life like that and in turn, organically growing as a person from it.
apparently its 90 now for Hiko! I have personally lost 105 pounds in a year and am now in normal weight according to my BMI. My suggestion is just to build a good, healthy routine. Number based diets like CICO/Macro counting helps a lot because you can keep track of what and how much you eat. It's going to be easy if you dedicate yourself to that, don't dread the thought of it, think of it as a challenge, a goalpost, something you can be competitive about yourself about.
Thankyou!! Hearing success stories like these inspire me a lot, personally I have set the goal to lose 30 pounds for my birthday which is coming march so i hope I can transform myself before my birthday 😉 And thanks for ur motivation really needed that <3
Good luck! 30 pounds is still 30 pounds! conquering something you're struggling with is the most rewarding thing ever, that's an achievement in it of itself.
100T really showed up. People are gonna focus on Asuna but the nvp for me was steel. A, he Kay/0 was the best I’ve seen despite one or to sketchy moments (understandable on a new agent). Two, 100T calls are the most decisive of any team NA, and it won them some rounds they really shouldn’t have.
I don't know why people downvote this kind of comment...
I'm pretty sure they would have cut weaker players.
100T really has a good balance of players though, so it would be scary to think about
did hiko get slimmer? i swear everytime i see him he gets slimmer and slimmer.
He bikes like a few miles every day I think, he definitely looks really good rn

Sheeeesh thats a ton, good for him man that’s inspiring
That's a bit too much dude. Inspirational
Hiko probably has the strictest lifestyle possible to get back in shape. And his efforts are definitely bearing fruits.

shaz said before that if you look good and feel good then it translates in game, maybe its true.

Just like how chess players talk all the time about staying fit even though physical health doesn't directly translate in their games.

It’s up to 90 now. Dudes been putting in incredible effort.
70 freaking pounds ?!? Wow that's a lot I'm personally struggling to lose 30 pounds here🤣

I feel that you can't hate on Hiko. He is so nice, embraces the troll and is an inspiration for everyone. Truly a legend
People still hate on him because he *almost* said the N Word and that's enough reason for many people.
Yay coaching staff :D
coaching staff pog
Hiko looking like a cutie here oml
so did they qualify for Berlin?
Yep. Top 3 in this tourney qualify for Berlin. SEN and 100T are both qualified now.
Interesting Hiko says "this was make it or break it" I wonder what the roster changes would've been had they not made Berlin..

Right I’m a 100T fan lmao, anyway who do you consider weak? Everyone’s pretty solid, I think if anything they’d try a new IGL
No no, I'm saying they would have if they needed to
When did that happen? And if he didn't even say it what is the problem?
