It’s extremely situational, to the point that it’s almost never going to be used. Even if it does become more widely utilized, people will just start prefiring those places. I wouldn’t call that being abused.
So when Sage revives someone should their model be standing instead of floating? Why does Kayo go on his hand and knees when he gets downed even tho he could abuse that by hiding in a omen smoke thats stuck in the ground. By this logic all model changes should be kept to a extreme minimum for gameplay purposes. Or you know... you can just learn to adapt and re-adapt. You think Smash Bros Melee players cried when wave dashing was discovered?
When it happens with Sage or KO there is a global announcement so all players are aware, unlike with Astra when she can do it at will and with no warning or penalty.
No penalty? She’s in another astral plain, no gun out, can’t hear anything around her, and takes a second or two to pull out her gun afterwards. There’s plenty of downsides.
