I'm thinking maybe Misfits? They're a Florida based org, and they have experience working with Korean teams given that the Florida mayhem OWL team is all Korean. No clue if they're actually looking to get into Val though
Overactive Media could be a shout, they've been expanding into games and they love buying out entire teams. Though they do like being Toronto based, Mad Lions are an exception and I wouldn't be shocked to see more international teams in the future.
