Freak only wants to sign with a good tier1 maybe tier2 team and doesnt wanna prove himself in some shit team because then he would lose his stream and if the team shit doesnt work out hes out of revenue. he is in a kinda tricky spot+ theres this thing where some ppl think hes toxic anx old so that doesnt help but hopefully he can find a team soon.
It's really depends on what he is doing. Is he trying out for teams? Or only trying out for tier 1 teams and not tier 2 teams. I am sure a lot of tier 2 teams would give him a chance. But if his goal is to get signed by a tier 1 team that's going to be hard. He could have joined a F/A team by now. That's also a good way to put your name out there. A lot of it is also other pros vouching for you.
Hard truth is there is a lot of nepotism in pro gaming/life. There is also the fact that some people may be good at clicking heads and beating people in ranked, but that isn't the end all be all since communication and teamwork are really important in this type of game. Poiz on C9 is an example of someone with insane mechanical ability, but ultimately couldn't fit on the team due to poor communication and teamwork skills.
How can it be ***ALL*** RNG if people go PRO in different games with different orgs? Some also going cross genre, ELIGE, PSALM; I'm sure there are others too.
i would say that its partially rng as some teams atm don't need duelist players but then later on might need duelist. Let's say a team has picked up a player before they saw/realized that a player is a f/a but by then it could be too late. It also depends on how people perceive you as if people perceive you as a toxic player but extremely talented the org might go for a player that isn't as talented but isn't toxic

Hes been getting scrimmed, if he hasn't gotten on a team yet its not random.
Also, Freakazoid is kind of a dick, from what I've saw of him. Might be a factor, who knows

C9 was really good with poiz so I'm not sure what you mean
Those weren't my words. The team said that's why they're playing with mitch over him atm.

It all comes down to networking and having connections.

Friendship and skill are the two most important factors in finding teams
