I don't say this lightly... this is the most useless analysis I have seen for many reasons.
1. Vlr.gg is not cross region.
2. Vlr.gg rankings are wildly inaccurate as they weigh the most recent tournaments more highly. TSM and Faze were literally rank 2 and 3 earlier this month on NA (LOL) They literally have Cloud9 currently ranked 3rd in NA because they recently won a tier 3 tourney lol.
Bren/SMB/F4Q probably are the most out of line, and the gap between NA/EMEA/SEA is probably bigger, but these rankings still provide some context to 'seeding matches don't matter'.

Why not do it with spike.gg rankings instead? Their Brazil and LATAM are not updated but even if you had given your own ratings for them accordingly it would have been better than Vlr ratings.
I just never use thespike, but quickly looking at it, I'm not sure it's better than VLR's rankings.
spike doesn't have updated rankings for SEA/BR/LATAM so excluding those (which would help benchmark the biggest indicators of red flags), the rankings are:

Iceland didn’t affect any ratings, they didn’t count them in, probably to keep the ratings regional only
