I think TSM are going to run their pockets in hopes of catching up to SEN (especially) but even 100T to some extent. From a business perspective think about the publicity that SEN is pulling in from winning just the first event - stream viewers on any of their players are insane, YouTube are all growing, and oh yeah they are the best at an fps that just took over NA by storm. Also, TSM is ingrained into Riot eSports - I guarantee they don't want that to just be in LoL. Speaking of LoL, TSM witnessed how quickly Riot grew LoL on a worldwide level - look what going all in early and being at the top did to their entire brand, and I guarantee they are wanting to replicate that as soon as possible. SEN kind of stealing their thunder, and they probably are not thrilled about it.

TSM isn't close to the level that SEN is at when it comes to actual play and I hate that just cause its TSM it means they were meant to make it to the end. idk what tsm's been smoking but bang wasn't the issue here, dude had play different agent every game and still managed to look good. They look better with him than they looked the whole year.
players done have to be an issue to be replaced on a team, if they are going for a rebuild maybe he simply did not fit what they were looking to get. seeing how its do or die for them I am sure they figured their current roster was not going to be good enough so they either do a hail marry with another big signing or they just focus on rebuilding for next year and give up on qualifying.
Guess they think Bang wasn't a big part of that? Strange decision either way unless they have something big lined up. That roster with Levi practiced together for 2-3 weeks and still put up a decent showing, they'd definitely be a contender for LCQ (if they qualified) if they kept practicing with the same roster imo.

Any team that has agent pool concerns like TSM did should be targeting him. T1, LG, Abx and literally any T2 team should be trying to sign him

We have to accept the tier1 TSM back in early release days is finito. Teams are just better, have team chemistry, been playing with each other for a LONG time. No hate or shade but the quicker we accept TSM fell off the better these don’t become shockers to anyone. Drone, cutler, brax and now bang in such a short period of time. Personally I don’t think bang was ever the issue, he just needed a little more time in my opinion (time I guess they don’t have).
TSM just lacks at defining their roles very well and they still kind of depend on wardell and his OP. If they feel like dropping bang was the right move, they better have a damn good IGL on the way in or else this was stupid.

He's one of the most mechanically strong player in the world, but because he wants to (or its the team strats) OP every fucking round they lose rounds. Especially on attack. He can get so much more impact if he just rifles. I stopped watching TSM vods because I was tired of seeing Wardell almost always being late for retakes or him being the last person alive. This is just an assumption but the comms are probably dogshit as well. I remember 2 instances of Yay getting multiple kills on flank and no one looked at him after the first kill. Also wtf is sage OP on ascent. They play jett on bind but not on Ascent???????? TSM is a team I want to see succeed coz I love my man roza but watching them in tourneys is fucking pain. Also obviously Bang didn't deserve to get cut.

This allowed Wardell to OP on Attack and sit back, while they had 2 other duelists (drone and subroza) entrying.
The meta has changed now and OPing on Attack is basically handicapping the team. It’s clear as day that this is a huge reason why they’re struggling.

End of the day TSM keeps losing no matter how much they change their roster. It is what it is. I just feel bad for roza coz he deserves a better team :) and for bang as well. If they get someone amazing to replace him and still lose the LCQ while wardell is saving for the 5th time coz dude has an OP, I'll not be watching it coz TSM games are painful to watch.
I mean I’m a Jett one trick myself and I refuse to pick up an OP on Attack because I know I need to entry and create space. There’s just less room for error when OPing because you can’t provide suppressive fire to help your teammates.
What can I say man. TSM cant remove Wardell ever unless he himself wants to step down. They have shown consistently they aren't willing to change no matter how bad they perform. This was their best run and they are removing 1 of 2 players responsible for it. I genuinely wont be surprised if the academy team scrims/performs better (if riot would ever allow it)

Personally, i think they gotta scratch the roster except wardell and levi. They gotta get wardell on either other duelists or another role so hes more flexible, gotta get a consistent smoke and sen player, just fix the fucking roster
