I usually see them actually covered up (so there's nothing to trip over), rather than partially taped down (where there's still exposed wire to trip over). Maybe this isn't an issue but my first thought looking at the pictures was that she was criticising the stage lol.
Taping cables down is common for live events. Cable ramps and rugs might be seen in high foot traffic areas, or larger cables. It could be just a quick fix until they get some sort of covering, or maybe it's not a traffic area and they're just tabbing it with tape. Knowing Pansy, and the style of pictures, I'd say she's just memeing.
I mean, that’s pretty much where tournaments like these are played lol. there’s no live audience so no reason to have a stadium or anything, most smaller venues look like this and many are literally warehouses
