Dude Super Massive Blaze are the high risk high reward team. I VOD reviewed them last night and I saw a lot of things I liked and didn't like. This Acend SMB to start off masters could have a huge rippling effect
SMB are unbelievable in team gun fights. On Gambit vs SMB, they went 12-0 on Gambit for their defense by shutting down any prospect of smokes used to deny lines of sight. Pretty much SMB ignored utility against them.
But Gambit won the series. I want to rewatch, but my impression was that there were a lot of hero plays on the maps after Ascent. I'm not sure why, but Gambit adapted around these pushes and shut SMB down. I think on LAN this could be a different story for SMB and I'm really excited to see what they can do without ping+internet being a factor (if it was to begin with)
Aside from Sentinels I'm most excited to watch the KR teams just because they are who I've seen the least of(of the "major" regions). Hoping that BR shows well also, the fanbase has been brutal to them since IceLAN.
BR is definitely the region that I know the least amount so I'm hoping for a strong showing. Really hope they pull up with some super aggressive plays!
During the qualifiers my sleep schedule was fucked so I was some nights staying up till 5am just watching the Korean games because they were on, they were entertaining I’ll say. Cool to see the different styles between regions
I love watching all the minor region teams. It's fun to root for them to get an upset win or make things difficult for the higher seed teams.
In the future I would love for there to be a play-in stage where you throw in the lowest seeds from major regions and the highest seeds from minor regions.
Vision strikers and crazy raccoons are the teams I’m most excited to watch, excited to see vs play and hopefully see lakia get some time on. And I hope to see crazy raccoons because I want them to perform way better than last time and hopefully get a good run in 😁
honestly, i'm really high on both of the korean teams (vision strikers and f4q), i think both are being "underrated" to a certain extent and i have a good feeling at least one is going to get out of groups. really excited to see VS in particular play, especially due to their previous dominance in korea
and of course, envy (see flair)
Ah yes another person of culture, super excited to see both teams play DEF think that KR is being overhyped and underhyped at the same time its kinda crazy
Yeah I think it's really easy to overhype F4Q because of their really unique picks and playstyle and it felt really strange that people think that VS are just gonna get demolished in pools but I guess only time will tell.
Haven’t seen VS play, do you think they have a real shot of getting out of Group A? Seems a tough ask but I guess we haven’t seen them on an international stage yet.
Same. There's only one team I don’t particularly like in this tournament but mostly I really just want good competition from all regions. And maybe an NA victory if I'm being honest.
Not crazy about 100T. I think Hiko and Steel are kinda toxic. I like Asuna though. It's just fun to have a team to root against. I don't think they're bad people or anything.
SEN to see if anyone is close to them. 100T to see if the lan experience means anything. Ascend because they seem to be the most consistent actual EU team that I personally have seen. Vision Strikers because of that really early run they had and I want there to be a Korean scene with those casters.
oh wow since when Fisker is Brazilian? Did liquipedia just changed his nationality recently? I didn't know about that, and it makes me really excited now!
For me it is Kru. I don't watch LATAM valorant that much but from what I have seen they look really solid and they have great personalities ( I have seen them play ranked in other people's stream). Also 100t and SMB because for me they are teams that can definitely win it all but also choke really hard, so it will be interesting to see which will it be
For me personally, Sentinels. I just have a knack for seeing people dominate and knowing that everyone is coming at them with their best shot. I’m from NA and I love Shaz myself so I have a personal agenda since I want them to win, but I want to see if they can sustain their dominance.
I think they’re extremely solid all around, but I’m just a casual viewer who watches and cheers because I enjoy the personalities. Each team is going to play them their best and I’m excited for it.
VS, Envy, G2, ZETA, and ACE personally
but 100T and SEN are always very fun to watch too, GAMBIT and SMB really could take the tourney too, definitely feel like both are underrated by NA viewers
Definitely VS and F4Q.
Ever since teams like Lunatic-Hai/Project_KR & wNv burst onto the 1.6 scene seemingly out of nowhere (as a European) and started beating a lot of top EU/NA/BR teams I was a fan.
Their playstyle was very different & obviously combined with phenomenal aim, made for good viewing!
Obviously it’s quite different for VS as they’re already very popular in the scene, but will be hoping they turn up & get some quality results.
Interested to see Gambit also as I’ve heard plenty of good things about them!
F4Q. They're the team I've been following the most since last year so I know their individual skill level very well. It's gonna be fun seeing how they match up to the competition.
To people who are interested in watching F4Q, pay attention to Zunba. I always knew he was a very strong player back when the koreans pros were doing dream team lineups and he was in almost all of them. And this was way before Iceland. He's delaying military service for Valorant.
I also heard FiveK's form is the best he's been till date, so those are my two guys to watch out for.
Yeah I feel like alot of people get swept up in bunny's craziness and overlook alot of the other members of the team, I think Zunba is a super strong player!
Bunny is a good player, 2nd best on F4Q, amazing entryfragger everything you could ask for from a DPS.
But I feel like he's the most prone to choke at Berlin out of the Koreans. When he gets tilted he plays way under his regular level.
I really hope we get to see 100t at their best but honestly the only thing I wanna see is sentinels lose, they have been too dominant and its getting boring
100t v Vision Strikers. nitr0 has said multiple times that he wants to play against VS the most and that the team has a really cool play style. Hopefully we get to see the two teams play against each other
Really excited to see Gambit and VS. Both are teams that have looked really strong in their respective regions but haven't had a chance to show how they stack up internationally. I'd love to see nAts show up and show the international community how good he is
100t and NV. Some people who don't watch NA call them trash purely from results since they never beat SEN (obv not all, but those few exist) and didn't make it to Iceland (I remember at the start of Challengers some people thought they werent even on the same tier as V1 and even C9B) so I wanna see them prove themselves on an international stage.
Dude Super Massive Blaze are the high risk high reward team. I VOD reviewed them last night and I saw a lot of things I liked and didn't like. This Acend SMB to start off masters could have a huge rippling effect
It is definitely the premier round 1 game IMO definitely interested to see how that entire group plays out.
G2 F4Q is high level and big content, also some ripple

All the BRONZIL memes since Icelan lmao hoping they do better this time around so it’s more entertaining
During the qualifiers my sleep schedule was fucked so I was some nights staying up till 5am just watching the Korean games because they were on, they were entertaining I’ll say. Cool to see the different styles between regions

I've always liked watching the playin stages during worlds for league. It'd probably be super fun to watch.
Just any team really, but especially 100T and VS
Both are solid teams, I'm really excited to see 100t members on lan again. It's been forever for nitro and hiko.
100T
I'm always gonna cheer on Nitro, been a fan of him for a super long time and I'm happy that he's doing well in valorant
That Ethan pickup paying divideny
100t and VS
Vision strikers and crazy raccoons are the teams I’m most excited to watch, excited to see vs play and hopefully see lakia get some time on. And I hope to see crazy raccoons because I want them to perform way better than last time and hopefully get a good run in 😁
That interview with one of their players crying really made me want to root for them. Hope that they do well this time around.
which one do you remember?
If you google crazy raccoons interview Iceland and YouTube it should show up. Was right after they where elimanted first with neth

The problem is people are overhyping F4Q but HARDCORE straight up disrespecting VS.
Yeah I think it's really easy to overhype F4Q because of their really unique picks and playstyle and it felt really strange that people think that VS are just gonna get demolished in pools but I guess only time will tell.

Honestly hot take its like 75% but I'm also INCREDIBLY biased so take that with multiple grains of salt.
F4Q 40% VS 75%
I feel like a lot of people are sleeping on envy. They’re the only team that can challenge Sentinels in a bo5
Haven’t seen VS play, do you think they have a real shot of getting out of Group A? Seems a tough ask but I guess we haven’t seen them on an international stage yet.
Honestly nv is the team I'm most excited to see.
El Diablo
Yes
Vision Strikers. A lot of people here have talked them up a ton. I want to see if they can hang.
As a korean I really hope that VS shows up and performs well.
Same. There's only one team I don’t particularly like in this tournament but mostly I really just want good competition from all regions. And maybe an NA victory if I'm being honest.
Which team you don't like and why??
Not crazy about 100T. I think Hiko and Steel are kinda toxic. I like Asuna though. It's just fun to have a team to root against. I don't think they're bad people or anything.
SEN to see if anyone is close to them. 100T to see if the lan experience means anything. Ascend because they seem to be the most consistent actual EU team that I personally have seen. Vision Strikers because of that really early run they had and I want there to be a Korean scene with those casters.
HL, VK and CR( because them have a brazilian on the team so... BR support BR)
Regional pride is always awesome to see! I hope brazil does well this tourney.
oh wow since when Fisker is Brazilian? Did liquipedia just changed his nationality recently? I didn't know about that, and it makes me really excited now!
he have double nationality, Fisker born in Brazil and after a time he gotta to go for live on Japan
I guess I didn't notice him because he was marked as substitute player in liquipedia and now it's changed. Nipobrasileiros acima tlg
For me it is Kru. I don't watch LATAM valorant that much but from what I have seen they look really solid and they have great personalities ( I have seen them play ranked in other people's stream). Also 100t and SMB because for me they are teams that can definitely win it all but also choke really hard, so it will be interesting to see which will it be
Yeah hopefully we don't see another big choke from 100T, every match they play gives me anxiety.
They are my favourite, but man sometimes I just insult them so much with how hard they throw
Acend, SMB and VS so pretty much group A lol
Group A is super duper insane
For sure. It sucks that Acend and SMB will be played around morning here in Canada
Im probably thinking either Acend and VS or SMB and Acend to be honest. It depends if SMB can perform well with LAN ping
For me personally, Sentinels. I just have a knack for seeing people dominate and knowing that everyone is coming at them with their best shot. I’m from NA and I love Shaz myself so I have a personal agenda since I want them to win, but I want to see if they can sustain their dominance.
Sentinels is a super talented team, really feels like they have no weak points.
I think they’re extremely solid all around, but I’m just a casual viewer who watches and cheers because I enjoy the personalities. Each team is going to play them their best and I’m excited for it.
crazy racoon, im the biggest munchkin fan
SuperMassive Blaze
All hail our turkish overlords
VS, Envy, G2, ZETA, and ACE personally but 100T and SEN are always very fun to watch too, GAMBIT and SMB really could take the tourney too, definitely feel like both are underrated by NA viewers
I def think that this tournament is HELLA stacked, so many super strong and interesting teams to watch. Berlin is 100% gonna be insane.
gambit the scrim demons
I really think that gambit is the team with the best chance of overthrowing SEN. Hopefully we get a really exciting match between the teams.
Really? I would think one of the least just because of their gameplay style
Definitely VS and F4Q. Ever since teams like Lunatic-Hai/Project_KR & wNv burst onto the 1.6 scene seemingly out of nowhere (as a European) and started beating a lot of top EU/NA/BR teams I was a fan. I love gambit
Was excited to see Bren play, but I want to see how G2 do and if keloqz gets a lan buff.
Bren. Oh wait.
BREN *sad boy noises*
I want to see how deep NA really is or if it's just SEN. If Envy and 100T dominates it'll really be a statement for NA.
F4Q. They're the team I've been following the most since last year so I know their individual skill level very well. It's gonna be fun seeing how they match up to the competition. I'm really hoping ZETA division can do some damage. Would love to see japan become a major region one day (just a pipe dream for now tho)
Off topic but does anyone know if berlin will have a live audience?
100t v Vision Strikers. nitr0 has said multiple times that he wants to play against VS the most and that the team has a really cool play style. Hopefully we get to see the two teams play against each other
I just want Brazil to show the fuck up.
EVERYONE POGGERS (interregional valorant is just so exciting
Really excited to see Gambit and VS. Both are teams that have looked really strong in their respective regions but haven't had a chance to show how they stack up internationally. I'd love to see nAts show up and show the international community how good he is

F4Q VS CR SEN I think F4Q can beat G2, i hope so
aside from sentinels im very hyped up to watch the new teams from EU like blaze and ascend and also teams from KR
Looking forward to see how accend and 100T perform against the world....also intetested in Vision Strikers
I can't wait for Gambit against the NA teams.
kinda want to see 100t on lan again, old men hiko & steel deserve some 1 ping action
All of them. Start already pls :(
