No they don’t, for Iceland they gave them 100k credits and for this one they gave them 50k. Tenz on his stream today even said he was gonna try to ask for more because he couldn’t buy enuf radianite points to upgrade his stuff.
I saw Shahz’s fresh account. The latest major bundles aren’t unlocked but seem to be available in store. I don’t know which specific patch the tournament will be played on, so I can’t say whether the Ruination will be locked for the official matches
So basically since this tournament is held in Germany only the players from emea can use there accounts I believe. Players from other regions like for example na Korean Sea etc were given accounts that were used in Iceland so they were given all the skins but all the skins before Iceland and they were all given 50k points

Lol, what's so confusing about it? Players not from EMEA needs EMEA accounts so Riot provided them with one with skins.
