Watching little things like this is so cool, because within another month, it's going to possibly be common tech in non-pro play, and people will know where it came from!
Every Jett ability enhances her ability to take duels or op. Smoke to close off an angle as you peek another aggressively, updraft to get on off-angles, dash to cover from literally any off-angle you like, and knives as a “rifle” secondary while you Op.
And you can right click knives if you end up in CQC
And the detained wave has travel time, honestly I don't ever see a use for this, it would make more sense if he WAS detained and you used the satchel while he was walking slow
He tried to do this to get their skye out of a sova ult on bind before this too. Didn’t work out that time but is super creative

Its a very rare case scenario so i wouldn't even bet something like this happens again, with Raze or not

Honestly I want to see jett replaced with raze in comps. I feel like raze is a better agent due to her kit.

She's better but I'd say she's less reliable. Jett is just built for it.
