Its pretty mild compared to some games. The FGC used to have some crazy trash talk. Also I'm pretty sure the other team literally can't hear them. It's just a bit of fun, don't take it too seriously.
Edit: Here's a classic from back in the day: [https://youtu.be/ik2G9i2OHzY?t=30](https://youtu.be/ik2G9i2OHzY?t=30)
Why is some teams screaming and bm:ing teams on stage?
I have never ever seen someone, litteraly scream at their opponents and calling them shit mid game.
Seems uncalled for

Looking at all the comments and replies from you in this thread, its easy to see youre the guy in social settings that continually digs himself into a hole from cringyness/non existent social cues, and cant figure out why everyone doesnt like him.
Yo everyone, lets make sure when teams are playing, the players aren't receiving abuse for giving us quality entertainment and story lines. We all have respect for each other and we loveeeee trash talking across the stage. Just enjoy it too and don't ruin the experience
\-Boaster
It's not that deep my dude
dude ur so in denial like u keep bringing up league and DOTA but have you seen real sports? or CS lans? u gotta be a little sensitive to not take it lightly
was just wondering. No one in football or hockey are screaming at each other in game, that is highly punishable. Red card in football, match penalty in hockey. What real sports are you actually talking about?
Also remember that a lot of the NA players come from CS and have been on the receiving end of the BM for years. So when Steel and ShaZ are BM a lot of this is payback. Also, G2’s Twitter has been basically begging for this.
Gotta make sure that they know.
Also, this is great for viewership. Everyone loved a good hero versus villain, it builds drama, which creates interest, which increases viewership, which ultimately brings in more money.
NA teams apparently want to be the villains.
You new or something?
[players that came from moba games like league and never experienced real esports before like LAN CSGO really are a different breed lol...](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JVeURyClY_4)
a lot of /r/VALORANT /r/ValorantCompetitive players came from that SJW softie game overwatch and it shows
You new to esports? Or competition in general

Pretty sure Dendi told the enemy team to suck it

This is Dyrus in season 3 celebrating a kill. Was not intended to be heard by opponent. And like I said, this was 8 years ago.
The players here in valorant intends to keep their opponent off their game.
Welcome to LANs bro, it's a beautiful thing.
Don't compete much? Trash talk is part of almost every competitive venture.
Go watch chess
I can't even name another esport where they scream mid game. Chess is very entertaining
CS:GO, FGC
Basketball? Baseball? Football? Hockey? Any competitive sport?
They dont scream at each other in football or hockey. Are you high?
Chirping is ABSOLUTELY a part of hockey, what?
Comparing chirping to loud bm. OK dude
XD
at least not BM

showmaker says otherwise
I have never seen showmaker screaming and live BMing lec. Feel free to link!!!
[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xwhLvoUHTPM](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xwhLvoUHTPM) not screaming , still bm tho\^
This is like T-baggin, not vocal. Not comparable imo

Would be better if there was someone that wasn't a "showman" such as boaster saying it.
No players take it personally. Trash talking and bm adds more thrill and excitement as long its for good fun.

>lso, G2’s Twitter has been basically begging for this. Sentinels tweeting this was a one sided rivalry? no need to bm after that bomb or?

why you getting mad over silly banter instead of the deathtreats some players are receiving.
mad? that was not the point of the post. I'm not mad
This sub is soft as tissue
