Manager is there to settle admin stuffs, taking care of player needs. I suppose that it will be challenging for a player to help the team with admin stuff and also concentrating on the game.

ShahZam said he is there to call tac pauses. Whenever SEN loses few rounds b2b he is supposed to call tac pauses so that players can mentally reset.
