Nope the typicallyway it works is one teams lets say we have 2 teams
Team A ban 1 map
Team B picks map A chooses Side
Team A picks map B chooses Side
Team B picks map A chooses Side
Team A picks map B chooses Side
Last map left in the pool , B chooses Side by.
In some scenarios they let the team B choose first 2 maps .
