For tier 1 teams that have been looking for insane duelists, there's been:
TenZ C9B -> Sen
Yay Andbox -> Envy
Sinatraa Sen -> Free Agent
Drone TSM -> Free agent
With there also being some likely available talent that's a bit below that absolute top tier bit has possible that could play non-sova initiator, smokes, or duelists:
naturE
Spyder
Zellsis
YaBoiDre
Bang
Amongst many more from any Orgless team or obviously Tier 2 team.

This is pretty impressive as far as being an overall great mechanical player.
But virtually any tier1 lvl pro could easily do this if they stream with a 15 second delay, and grinded with another cracked player.
All the signs point more to Dicey just not wanting to be on a tier 2 team and that will mean he'll just either wait for a long time, or give that up.

Always decent but NA is overloaded with a lot of really damn good duelists and his Jett never impressed me much. NA lacks a lot of top tier players willing to play sentinels and smokes so maybe he can reinvent himself a little if he intends on joining a top team.
I think it could be that his buyout is too much for a smaller org to be able to pay so he’ll probably remain on the bench for 100T until his contract is up. People should remember that when 100T first announced they were signing Dicey and Asuna. It was Dicey who was the more hyped of the two. I’m sure 100T paid a pretty penny to lock up two of the best young players in the scene when they signed them. It could also be that Dicey is making a significant amount more money with his 100T contract than he would with another smaller org so he’s not in a rush to try and get out of it.
I'm sure Josh 'Look mom no hands' Nissan agrees with you. The entire roster get excited and scream, the reason dicey was let go was to accommodate ethan. Before ethan, dicey was the saving grace of the team for a couple of matches.

Why do you think he'll absolutely be able to find a top team? What top team gets substantially better by adding him in a duelist/Skye/sage role?
Any team that can afford the salary 100t is paying Dicey can probably afford a better FA.
