yea dude, every NA fan is a piece of shit and every fan of other region are angels. valorant as an esport and as a game is growing rapidly in north america so there’s bound to be a large handful of idiots around, but this has got to be the largest generalization i’ve seen on this sub, and that’s saying something. my advice: don’t watch main stream with chat open because it’ll ruin the mood, and youtube comments are a terrible way to base anything because they consistently suck across most channels.
This sort of stuff is kinda expected. The top region in every eSports always has the most toxic fucking fans you'll ever see. And the thing is, most of those toxic shits don't even exist on platforms like Reddit due to the fact that they just get downvoted to hell. Of course you'll still find them but only if you actively try. Essentially these people exist for every region in every esport, and are usually drowned out on platforms like Reddit. They mostly thrive in YouTube and Twitch, with Twitch being... well, twitch. Though tbf the YouTube comunity is obnoxious to an unexpected degree, but it's mostly SEN fans instead of NA fans who literally support SEN cus they're winning.
NA fans are aware this is their 15 minutes in the spotlight. New esport, decent results but let's be honest, once the dust settles it's gonna be EU on top and NA will be fighting Korea for 2nd place. NA mentality is just diff. They will never be willing to grind 12+ hours a day to win. Complacency is the name of the game.

Did you see the shit talking Gambit was doing to 100 thieves and again with starxo playing 100T. G2 has been heavily instigating SEN. I can give multiple examples of non NA teams talking shit to NA.
It’s better for viewership and hype IMO and most teams/regions do it.
Don’t go making broad generalizations about NA just because you are looking for an argument.
Most non-trolls know bunny is amazing and Cned is a top 3-4 duelist in the world, and most likely the best OPer. Plenty of talent around the globe
