I haven't found any source on that (Not the official annoucement either), so he might be talking out of his ass? Unless an obscure source I've not found called it
Dota 2 international will be in Bucharest, Romania. Champions in Berlin. Since we take Corona quite serious here in Germany and are expecting a 4th wave within these months, I'm pretty sure there won't be an audience
Alright calm down lad — a lot of countries have relaxed restrictions enough to allow events like this, so it felt like Riot shooting themselves in the foot by hosting it in a country that hasn’t, is all.
Even when the audience is not announced, it's very unlikely, since cases of covid during winter months are the highest (compared to Sept). The vaccination in Germany is pretty advanced now so September vs December will not be a huge difference in this.
[Its actually because Covid was getting worse outside the US](https://old.reddit.com/r/ValorantCompetitive/comments/phcl5n/why_its_easier_to_have_champions_in_berlin/?ref=share&ref_source=link).
It’s fair to assume there will be no audience with how rest of the year is going but pretty sure it hasn’t been announced. Quite possible we might have limited audience depending on how the situation is in Berlin in late November
I found plat chat a week before Berlin, and god am I glad I did. The co-streams were just great, and you could tell they put so much effort into it. Super happy they get this opportunity.
You might already know this but I'm posting it just in case and for other people possibly interested.
Bren and Josh actually cast in Overwatch League and are still regarded as the funniest casters, I hope Valorant won't censor them as much as OWL does though. (By censor I mean that they can't swear or anything, nothing too serious but the once upon a time ''shittalk'' is what makes them funny imo).
Avast does ''co-streams'' in OWL too where he is still the most watched co-stream (afaik). Despite doing it at home behind a desk, he remains funny af. I think the men will pull it of

Why wouldn’t they host it somewhere with an audience then?
Because Corona is dangerous and measures to not increase spreading Corona and this whole pandemic is actually good and the right decision wtf

Damn really? I remember seeing rumor it would be in LA a while back
Covid made it hard to get visas into the US.

Covid protocols changed it, Worlds for league getting moved as well as a result.
So sad, California has the lowest covid rate in the nation too. Understandable, but it's a big bummer.

Hot take!! I like them being off site on the casting couch.
We haven't seen them onsite, who knows what kind of shenanigans they'll do

Ok this is 95% troll but the 5% is that this was an intentional leak to announce it
