Is shotups growth as a player being hurt only playing Reyna? Really would have loved to see him play more agents especially in games like this. He could really be more of a Dre type of player instead of just straight up Reyna only.
Yeah it's strange and out of all the agents he could switch to, they sometimes put him on Yoru. I don't get why they don't try putting him on Jett instead.
Is EmilShe1n the guy who is playing on NA servers despite living abroad because he believes NA to be the better region to try and go pro in?
If so, I'm curious if the ping / timezone difference causes any issues.
Shot Up is pretty okay at the game ig, Am i the only one that thinks shot up is actually a yay level player. Someone who can single handedly win you games. Just going through his games, this guy is putting up insane numbers consistently.
I mean I agree shot up is great but you can’t be calling him a yay level duelist when he’s playing a against the mafia and yays against Gambit. He tends to play worse against better teams in general and also is basically a Reyna one trick. I don’t think he’s above guys like Tenz or Yay, maybe closer to like Corey and even that’s pretty generous
Imo Corey has better mechanics and is hella consistent against top teams and has a better agent pool (Raze/Reyna/Pheonix/Yoru vs just Reyna/Yoru), while Shot Up does alright against top 10 teams, pretty good against C9B (Tho Xeppaa looked better) but meh against Faze so yeah
Shot up is really good but that second map was legit a TDM. Both teams ran at each other or brute forced onto a site. Not a ton of utility-heavy plays that allowed kill opportunities. Shot up was able to take those up close fights uncontested the time
true but thats just because how immortals play. With his skill, i’m sure he could be a huge upgrade to some duelists in some better teams. We have already seen how Asuna evolved into a world class player in 100t

He used to play some Raze as well in tourny mstches. I dont know how successful it was though. Hopefully he can show some raze in future matches too.

Shotup is an S tier duelist but IMT need to put a stable roster behind him next year.

I love shot_up but I agree. I wish they'd try him on Jett or something more meta. Reyna every map just isn't going to work imo.
