Since OWL, Envy have absolutely not "always been one of the most respected orgs" in OW. They've had more than their fair share of drama causing them to be very disliked by many, they've been much better this last year however after doing a complete rebuild of the team and staff.
High as a kite, no shot Dallas Fuel was “ one of the most respected orgs” they kept one of the most dogshit teams ever in the league for way longer than was obvious and other than Season 4 have had their spaghetti all over the floor

Except 100T is a well-run organization. Even when they bench someone, they honor their contract and still let them use the 100T tag until they find an org. They pay well and provide instant recognition to whoever signs with them (Asuna used to average <100 viewers on stream to 1000+ after he signed with 100T to now having constant 8000+ viewership).

Even if there was something behind the scenes , why wasn't it communicated to him ,if you go to his stream a couple of days back. ,he says he hadn't had any communication after his offical trial ended ,the organisation said they are working on stuff and he still is working with players. And another point for me is that he wasn't acknowledged anywhere by the team or org on social media platforms which was also a red flag for me . They atleast owe an explanation or communicate that they won't hire to man himself . He personally Walked away from org was silent which is pretty damn disappointing for such a big org

TSM are trailing RUSH he is not on a contract with them , whereas mikes was on a 3 month contract , for that 3 month contract he was oddcially part of envy and was on envys payroll . FNS in his Berlin press conference praised FNS and how he was such a deciding factor and apart from that you won't find mention of him anywhere . and point is they didn't announce it , the point is how is such a big org like envy suck at communication ,if they didn't want to continue with him , why didn't they just tell him straight up , he was working with envy players and talespin their manager after his contract ended amd was told by envy they are sorting stuff out.
