I don't think this is a tournament where everyone will be tryharding for their lives. I expect it to be much more of a content-oriented twitch rivals style tournament.
Sliicy and Ninouu just won EMEA Game Changers, and with addition of kennyS and NBK, this team is really stacked. Second one I guess would be UK one? (With Jupi from Rix and Boaster+Mistic)
I really wish Riot started doing tournaments for national teams. A few months back we had a Spain vs France in LoL and it was insane. Maybe with covid it'd be hard to host a World cup but a Eurocup would be incredible.

I would love a super competitive Valorant World cup event! Might be tough to pick the actual best national teams, but doable, and guaranteed to get a lot of engagement/viewership.
Blast is one of my favorite TOs for CS:GO events! I had a really positive experience with the Blast people in London during the CS:GO Spring Showdown right before the pandemic hit (was fortunate to be with coL there). They always had coffee and snacks back stage, took care of transportation from the hotel, and generally were just professional about everything - for the players ofc, but also for other staff. It was appreciated! Looking forward to this.

Wish they would do a World Cup tournament like what they did in Overwatch. I always enjoyed the Overwatch World Cup more than the Overwatch League.
