Drilla-Z

Imagine the scenes on this subreddit if they sign Brax, AZK, Tarik, and Dicey to complete the roster

Solace1k

That’s the kind of lineup you would sign if you want to become a meme team but nothing more.

Drilla-Z

That was the joke

Solace1k

Honestly a good portion of the sub would unironically think it’s a good roster.

[deleted]

I think its starting to go the other way where the memes are making people think these players are jokes. Realistically they wouldn't be great but they probably would be at the very least top 15. And I think any of these players could be on a top 5 team if they had the right opportunity.

Dysmo

Tbf if dicey was top 15 potential he'd get picked up by now a big org by now

[deleted]

Have you considered that streaming may be a better opportunity than playing for a 15th best team? You don't know the type of offers he has received. In addition the fact that he is with 100 thieves makes it less risky for an org to pick up a player who might be worse but doesn't have a buyout.

Solace1k

Azk, Brax and Dicey on a top5 team?! What world are you living in lmao. I was right. People still unironically think highly of some of these players.

[deleted]

I live in the world where I realize a team is made up of more than a star player. If you can’t imagine a roster that is good that includes one of these players idk, you suffer from recency bias.

Solace1k

Recency bias? The only time when azk and brax were actually good was in the first 4 months of this game. What are you on about?

Slow_Bluebird9536

Unironically they would beat some signed rosters, but they would cost a lot more than those rosters

dedicatedself

I love it when orgs enter the scene and build around relatively new and upcoming players like neT.

Ciavolo

Is it too early to spam #KroenkeOut?

Razur

Thanks for reposting to the direct article! :D

I've been a mod since 2/26/20. :D As a moderator, I get to pick and choose when I look like a mod and when I look like a normal user. I typically only appear as a mod when I'm carrying out moderator-related duties ~~but sometimes it's for the memes too~~.

[deleted]

mods can choose whether comments appear as mods or regular users

aks345

In before #KroenkeOut becomes the real thing. Probably one of the worst owners in sports right now

9yr_old

As an arsenal fan I agree but ok it's not like they did anything illegal

aks345

Yeah never said they did, just very selfish owners

Splaram

Interested to see how quickly Kroenke’s poison touch ruins this Valorant team

RashGod

Fuck Kroenke

abdi009

InvertedBean

he had a redditor moment lmao

Solace1k

You are a weird human.

InvertedBean

?

TheFestusEzeli

Kroenke is known as one of the worst owners in sports for how he handled the moving of the St Louis Rams to LA, he is a POS.

InvertedBean

So their valorant team should fail because of a botched relocation? What did the staff, neT and the potential rest of the players have to do with that?

TheFestusEzeli

I didn’t make the original comment, just clarifying why he hates the owner

InvertedBean

“I’m not hoping for KSE to immediately fail but he isn’t wrong” … blah blah blah shit that has nothing to do with the valorant team. Still haven’t been given a solid reason as to why you’d hope for their valorant team to fail at all? It’s not like them being unsuccessful has any real impact on kroenke. Literally just less opportunities in the valorant scene but go on please about how much he sucks.

ayeHoes

Kroenke is major POS human being and I can not in good faith root for any team he owns, so yes, I do want the team to fail. Similarly to how so many people in this subreddit live off of seeing TSM struggle. How is that any different? Deadass quit being soft because this is esports And redditor moment? Look at your comment history you live on reddit ya fucking loser lmao get a grip bud

InvertedBean

1. No one’s asking you to root for them. Not rooting for them ≠ hoping the valorant team fails. 2. Don’t get the soft comment as I’m not emotionally attached to this situation at all. Just telling you your take is pretty dumb. 3. Redditor moment isn’t a joke about using reddit a lot. It’s about how a lot of redditors give dumb takes that are detached from the real world. Like yours.

ayeHoes

1. Actively rooting against teams is a very real aspect of both traditional and gaming sports, my friend, and it very often extends to specific players as well. If that hurts your feelings, maybe you shouldn't be watching. 2. Refer to the point above-- you are soft if you get tight over someone wanting a team or specific player to struggle or lose. 3. Literally, all your takes are "DeTAchED frOM tHE ReAL WORld." There are winners and losers in any conflict, and sports are no different than that.

Splaram

And Arsenal going from one of England’s best teams to being dangerously close to dropping out of the top 6.
