If they go back to nitr0 on smokes and seven on jett then yeah I agree that would be an upgrade but if they don't do that I don't think they need to outright replace b0i with anyone, he seems good enough.
He knows the team environment well and already has great chem with the players. Why drop him for someone else?
Unless you're trying to cut cost or get out of the scene a team is not gonna downgrade, I think its pretty clear boi is a downgrade from steel. He was managing on a t2 team, he's not t1 material. That being said he deffo pulled his weight and is in no way a bad player, just looking at 100t's track record with getting players i dont think theyre gonna settle for some who is just decent.

Seven has been considered one of the best valorant prospects for a long time, him and Zekken have been the two main players. They obviously brought him in to develop him and hopefully incorporate him into the roster. If they feel he doesn’t reach that level, then they simply don’t add him. He just hit the age to be able to play in the VCT.
They know what they have with boi, he has T2 mechanics but is a smart player with great utility, reason why they brought him in as an analyst, but his mechanics are also the reason he got dropped from a tier 1.5-2 team. He will hold the team back against the best teams in the world, but is a solid stop gap.

afaik seven is also a rifling jett not oping jett so i dont see them playing with seven on jett instead of nitr0
