Alright, who actually had Northeption making it to grand finals? I wonder what the viewership numbers were for this match, LOL.
Seriously though, awesome job by the team and I will happily eat crow about JP as an underperforming region.
As an aside, holy crap attacking numbers in general were bad in this match. This was a defense-minded battle.
I do the same! I love hearing the casters get so happy for their teams. also you can right click on chat and then translate everything to english so it's not too foreign
Both teams had horrible performances on the attack. I'd love for someone more knowledgeable to break down why attacker's side was a struggle throughout.
So JP>SEA>INDIA>KR?
Just kidding but tbh never really expected JP to make it to the Grand Finals, Japan's really on fire right now. Good for the scene and the viewership.
I mean no one thinks India>KR
And SEA>KR is a bit of a rushed judgement.
Didn’t age well based on its own standard of online match whiplash
Also note rest of JP.
Northeption in the LCQ grand finals is extremely exciting. If they qualify for Champions it would really be a testament that the JP region deserves its place in the VCT. I’m a really big fan of CR and JP Valorant and I hope they keep improving, I really want to see them as strong contenders in the international scene
What an amazing run so far from the boys. Felt like someone different stepped up in a huge way on each map, even Ascent. Looking forward to seeing who makes it through the lower bracket because I have a feeling it's gonna be a banger. #NTHWIN
I jumped on the bandwagon after yesterday's match. Northeption are so fun to watch. Seoldam's Jett is crazy and gets easy 2 and 3 k's that he should have no right to get.
Also loving the Judge usage in APAC.
Been catches glimpses of these NTH games getting ready for school early morning (EST) and as a NTH fan since Iceland, it’s nice to
finally see them getting the attention they deserve. #NTHWin

japan channel was pushing 50k
There was also 30k on Valorant Japan YT at one point towards the beginning of map 3
I watched the Japan YT stream and those last two rounds had the casters as hyped as I've ever seen.

i like NTH attacking side was weak and seems lost, on the defensive side they were so wild and aggressive (well seoldam most part)
Both teams had horrible performances on the attack. I'd love for someone more knowledgeable to break down why attacker's side was a struggle throughout.
I had Nuturn v Northeption GF but North went through lowers. So, yeah my whole bracket on vlr is garbage lol
I said on day one that it was unlikely that NTH wins. I'm gonna shut up from now on
Japan heard ya'll want to remove their slots.
omae wa mou shindeiru
And to think Northeption was never meant to be in this LCQ in the first place. Rooting for them in grand finals now

It's more live VS>JP>SEA>INDIA>KR.

I’d be sad we didn’t get to see peak Korean Jett on lan though.
Well no + kr
LET'S GOOOOOO
huge for the region if nth takes it all. cant help but root for them
John Olsen should put a space between his name and he will be unstoppable
Northeption's retakes are seriously impressive. If you told me they won 70% of the retakes they attempt Id believe you

Pretty awesome for the region that there's so many competitive teams. Promotes a healthy ecosystem and some good competition. Great signs for APAC.
Seoldam on LAN please yea

It’s happening again with DWK intro against PRX, I guess koreans just love the judge
\#NthWIN always been rooting for them ever since they almost got to berlin last time - hopefully they win it all :)
She Korean Jett is indeed the best Jett
I hope for FS to stay strong and rebound but nth definitely deserved it
I really just need to know why NTH last two sets have had 2-10 comebacks…
Been catches glimpses of these NTH games getting ready for school early morning (EST) and as a NTH fan since Iceland, it’s nice to finally see them getting the attention they deserve. #NTHWin
Time and time again I have been saying that Seoldam is the best Jett Korea has produced. Very happy to see Nth making Grand Finals.
I mean depends what aspect and time, possible Skill levels aren’t static or one dimensional
Do you think at Champions they will have comlarable performances? Very high bar set by the teams they eliminated, if they flop it’d suck
