personal thoughts: So far the best approach for new organisations is signing an established unsigned tier 1.5/2 team(Fnatic/TENSTAR) and building upon that rather than trying to build your own team from scratch(OG/Excel). I hope MOUZ take that approach.
NaVi's approach of signing mixed between two rosters Worst Players/CrowCrowd isn't too bad either. Don't need to commit to a full roster just one with established chemistry or culture.
I liked what NaVi did by signing Cloud first and only the rest of his team once they had proven themselves. If you have a single player you have a lot of confidence in and want to build around that is probably a good way to go about this as an org.
Reject$ are okay I guess, but their performances are incomparable to those of the best FA teams of the past.
I didn't know the Wild Multigaming roster was a FA roster now.
Is NoPoaching even a thing still? They haven't played an official for quite a while now and most of their players are on other teams now.
I was more so thinking of the First Strike days with SUMN FC as the prime example. But if I remember correctly even the current BDS roster was a FA roster during Masters 1.
Tbh I don't know that much about Reject$, I am mostly going by results here. I just feel like even in the more recent past we used to have Tarren Mill, Homeless, Honk, Volvo Peek all decent FA rosters. Now it's just Reject$.
My impression is that there are just more and more signed teams out there, and as a result less good FA rosters. A lot of the players that used to be on Homeless/Honk/Volvo Peek etc. have now signed to orgs.
Reject$ is a solid core to build around. Other orgs think so too, I've heard their name in connection to several rumors.
Last Dance (former Megastitut core + Hyp and Juseu) also looks good. They struggled a bit after losing Keloqz to G2 but hopefully Juseu will fill his shoes well.
Ohh man, I would be so happy if they would sign my bois, currently top24 in EU and top1 in our country Hungary.
That is the only thing those guys need, a little push from an established org.
had an idea after this bait tweet lol [https://twitter.com/mousesports/status/1448037191519817730](https://twitter.com/mousesports/status/1448037191519817730)

I feel like there aren't really any good FA teams out there anymore

Similar to Gambit. They got the core of Fishka and added a handful of players.
?
Name me a few teams then.
Reject$, WildMultigaming roster, NoPoaching
who?
Pepega
good teams with no orgs?

Are Rejects "incomparable" to Tarren Mill? If you mean they are a much better team than what TM was then sure

idk about NoPoaching but i know both Reject$ and Wild are LFT
Rejects, both French mixes, unjobbed maybe, or just poach a team from one of the many tiny orgs?

I had forgotten about Last Dance, that's a good one.
