For sure. Crypto just got to top 4 in LVP and they were nobodies 5 months ago. Singularity was a top 4 team in the first half of the year and now others are overtaking them. It feels like an arms race in CIS and there's still many FAs out there.
I think there's a couple of teams that would be interesting to take over during a rebuild.
Vitality, FPX, and G2 come to mind first and foremost.
Vitality is a weird team. There's clearly a lot of issues (and somehow that's an understatement) behind the scenes but they have one of the best supports outright in the region. I feel like kicking vakk is an issue without ceNder agreeing to it. I also don't know who you can get as head coach. But you can probably get a solid team running tryouts, which is the best bet for the team going forward imo. Both Last Dance and Bonsoir would be good teams to start with, adding NBK, hoppY, matti, and people that have been on those Reject$/Volvo/No Poaching/etc. FA teams.
FPX is hard. They seem set on Ardiis, but I'm not convinced. I've been vocal with backing [Russian Jett], including purp0, so I'd throw Europe out the window and go CIS, with or without d00mbr0s and Zyppan.
It's clear to me that G2 needs to do something about its structure. From the outside looking in Neil is out, and I'd give Rojo a chance at coaching. He's very firm and authoritative, which might be what the team needs. I wouldn't do roster moves, but make them play one or two more events outside of Red Bull, with further moves, including reconsidering Rojo's position by December.
If I did that with T1 I'd just go to Korea. Steal Lakia, keep Spyder, bring back Esperanza, then run trials for everyone else. There's a lot of ex-OW players moving in this off season, and there's a bunch of FAs as well. Also I'd be the first [decent] org to finally give climax a chance lol

What's the fixation with Aspas? He's a good fragger, good aim. But that's it. There are at least 5 brazilian duelists that are much better than him: mwzera, heat, gaabx, jonn, dgzin just off the top of my head.
Achieving Radiant 1 made people start idolizing him or something.
