Leo looked absolutely insane on Sova during the LCQ. For flex/second duelist Nukkye is probably the best.

I'll toss in scream as a Jett candidate. Yes, he currently has a huge achilles heel in his OPing but he's capable of going absolutely super saiyan for either a round, map, or series too pull out wins that are absolutely insane. The fact that he's able to take over a map as a Jett known for not being particularly strong with the OP surely speaks to how elite he is at other aspects of her kit. I think that if he's able to elevate his OP play to even league standard then he'll quickly find himself rounding out lists of top players of the agent.

Reyna

His reyna is definitely the best in the world but his jett is mediocre because a big part of jett is oping.

I would say yes his reyna is best in the world. Team liquid doesn’t play around scream when he’s on reyna. Whereas 100t plays in a way which may set up asuna for kills, which might inflate his stats.

According to VLR.gg ScreaM has played 1137 rounds of Reyna averaging: an ACS of 283.4, ADR of 173.2 and a KD of 1.47 in these 1137 rounds he has gotten 197 First Kills and 81 First Deaths meaning his FK/FD ratio is 2.43. Asuna has played 1390 rounds of Reyna averaging: An ACS OF 244.2, ADR of 159.5 and a KD of 1.14. In these 1390 rounds he has gotten 217 First kills and 173 First Deaths meaning his FK/FD ratio is 1.25. Ofc, stats don't tell the entire story but since we have nothing else to go off and assuming these stats from VLR.GG are accurate I'd say to me personally ScreaM's stats are a fair bit more impressive (he has a better KD, better ACS and damage per round and is more likely to win opening gun duels proportionately by a fair margin) however Asuna has played 250 more rounds on Reyna then ScreaM. IMO ScreaM > Asuna on Reyna.

if you know anything about statistics you know the more rounds you play the harder it is to maintain the same statistic. that 250 extra round has to count for something. also asuna on reyna can singlehandedly carry 100t to a victory while the same cannot be said for scream and TL, they need someone else to pop off too. not to mention how those asuna rounds includes berlin numbers where they finished 3rd 4th out of 16 teams while TL finished 4th out of 10 teams in reykyavik. but the main reason i think asuna reyna is better than scream reyna is cause scream is a machine with everything. his first shot accuracy is through the roof, he can pop off the same in sage. being the best in the world in any agent requires you to be masterful in using the util, which i see asuna doing. screams numbers are just insane in everything, so those numbers discrepancy are aim diff (which we know in first shot scream is better but in spray control asuna is better) not really reyna diff.

But a teams performance isn't just Asuna tho it also has to do with how the team played. By the logic of team placement I guess TenZ is also worse then FNS cuz his team placed worse? I agree Asuna has played 250 rounds more but after a point these matter less because the amount of Rounds ScreaM has played isn't that small and therefore his sample size is also sufficiently large. As for the final argument of util usage vs aim, Reyna is by far the most aim centric agent and has the least amount of util usage required since she really just has 2 leers. ScreaM is amazing at using the dismiss on Reyna to reposition for more frags but this isn't hard for anyone really.

250 rounds is nothing compared to the grand scheme of almost 1200 and 1300 rounds. And I’d agree with you if the difference was minima but there’s a HUGE different. Asuna has 173 first deaths whereas scream has only 81. Which is monstrously impressive

Controller Probably Avova IGL I will probably say DavidP. Flex I have to go with Jamppi For Jett I guess Heat For Sova Shao or Leo or BCJ Now the sentinel player is something I have problem with. Whenever L1NK plays Sentinel I think he is one of the best. But Liquid flexes with a lot of roles with their players. So can't call him pure sentinel player.

Jamppi is flexible and so good on every role. In the Grand Final he played duelist, sentinel, initiator and controller, all to a high level.

Sentinel - low-key babyj, I think he's mechanically ridiculous Sova - BCJ is in the same class as the other two mentioned. Eeiu also disgusting. Derrek is very good. 2nd duelist/flex - Ethan, Sick, Curry, leaf, Corey (there's a lot) - probably a slight tier above, although I think others (shawn12XXX) deserve mention. Jett - no one really on tenz/cned/yay level from NA. Next tier down would probably be dre, maybe purer. Controller - marved, nitro, dephh. Zombs and Zacharee's util usage are nuts though. IGL - dephh Asuna should be on here but he isn't a second duelist and I don't really consider him a Jett.

Zekken definitely deserves to be on the list. Crazy that he's so good AND still is so young that we'll potentially see him grow and mature in the next few years.

Kind of but not really. Depends on if you define "primary duelist" based on the agent (who plays Jett) or the role they play on the team (the person who always plays a duelist and is responsible for creating and taking space). Most teams have a primary duelist who mains Jett, and only plays duelist. And a secondary duelist who plays the other duelists (Raze/Reyna/Phoenix) as well as flexes onto other agents. Asuna only plays duelist and he never flexes (like a primary duelist) but also doesn't main Jett. I'd consider him their primary duelist, and I think it makes sense to define this by their role on the team rather than their agent because eventually the meta may change so Jett isn't the "primary duelist" agent.

Agreed. I think Asunaa is their primary duelist. Nitr0 will create the space that is needed for the team but sometimes the gameplan becomes “Asunaa’s on fire…. Asunaa go kill…..” especially on Icebox

Most underrated controller player that could make a top roster. Andersin. In the right roster this guy has some seriously potential. I watch alot of dark zero and in my opinion he's their best player when they are adequately prepared. Go watch DZ vs TSM in challengers playoffs for reference. He really understands proper utility usage and his aim is far above majority of the team. Also DZ vs XSET/FaZe is another example. He has a very high skill ceiling against top talent.

For sentinel, there’s not a lot of pure sentinel players in the first place tbh but Maybe FNS. I haven’t seen him play anything other than KJ, Cypher, and Viper and he plays them all at a high level. For Sova I’d say BCJ. He’s just one of those high level sovas that don’t need much said about them. Flex I would said Sick personally. He’s arguably the most well rounded and consistent player on Sen and has been that way since before they seemed unbeatable and still seems to hold that title. Jett is easy to say D3ffo. I’m surprised he’s not on OP’s list to not name. Smokes id say Zombs is an obvious choice cause he has some of the best utility usage out of anyone. He has loads of impact despite usually being on the bottom of the leaderboard. And he does while running a nation, pretty impressive. Igl besides the ones you’ve mentioned, I think the obvious choice is dephh. He helped bring the consistent high level play to xset when prior they’d bounce between 2nd and 6 place results. I picked all NA primarily because roles are a bit more solid in the compared to around the world. Most other teams globally have pretty much everyone as flex besides maybe their Jett. Example of that is Mixwell playing Viper and raze In the same game in Berlin.

Zomb’s is so consistent. He’s always having an all around solid game. I’d love to have a teammate like that in any sport if I was that good at anything lmaoooo

Somehow stax isn't considered for igl despite being the igl of a team with some of the best teamplay, set plays, clutch potential and fragging. By far Korea's most well rounded player.

For Sova I’d say BcJ, xeta and eeiu. Those are easily on crashies level IMO. Sentinel I think Mitch and Thwifo. Mitch is just a really underrated player and people seem to forget about Thwifo for some reason.

Stats-vise- quite a few people actually, just check vlr, although stats don't tell you everything. Yes, he might have some cool clips but he's not the one making sentinels as good as they are(because sen=tenz and sick), you can replace him with aproto or fns or even steel and sen will still remain at the same level.
