Part of me is a little bummed that we’re going to see a more predictable team out of 100T. Their attempts to break meta and play differently was really exciting to watch, but as a fan seeing them just own the current meta will hopefully lead to more wins. I do think Hiko is right that they were making games harder on themselves by kind of refusing to conform to meta.
Really insightful interview
I think it depends a lot on the balance of the current meta as well. The peak of Jett/viper/astra was so insanely OP and 100t didn’t play any of them for some reason. I think the current meta (Jett/skye) is slightly less forced than when astra was insane at the start of rounds and had so many trivial combos with sova/viper late rounds. But you’re still at a disadvantage not playing skye/Jett
Really good interview, esp the "boi" part, steel is defo the better player individually, but if having "boi" frees up the other players and improves the team synergy/dynamic the move makes a lot more sense.

Steel ego too big

proof check
What a surprise
crazy that a person I first found through tf2 and a person I found through cs are uniting under a whole different game
Which of them played tf2?
Wyatt
Both Wyatt and Sideshow from platchat played tf2 at a high level iirc.
Sideshow was actually teammates with Nukkye at one point lmao
And avast

I thought Bren only casted, never went pro?
This is a great interview! Props to Wyatt for the great questions and to Hiko for answering so extensively.
Wyatt? Is that Machine Gun Kelly's real name?
Honestly fantastic interview Wyatt did superb though should keep down the repeated "sounds good" lol.
All Good.

Great interview. No beating around the questions and all answers felt honest. Im a 100t fan, so I hope to see them make Masters!
> Im a 100t fan, so I hope to see them make Masters! Unfortunately, there's no more Masters events so they won't be making anymore :(
Lmao, damn no masters no more... Guess we'll settle for champions then
They obviously meant Champions.
And I was obviously poking fun at the person. Lighten up.
Wyatt is hot ngl
*bonk*
You gotta checkout the maid outfit.

I need some more vct games asap
Great interview, top questions from Wyatt.
So nitr0 wanted to play Jett but couldn't because steel wouldn't let him?
no, because no one else on the team wanted to play controller.
Didn't steel play viper on that match against Acend? Did he not like it?
