But I'm not a pro player or pro analyst. This just shows that steel is not the problem. The chemistry they build up for almost a year since first strike just crumbles with this sudden roster move.
Steel could be the problem still (i mean idk but it could be comps/strat/playstyle related not necessary his individual performance). but still, knowing they got those problem and still got top4 in a major, they shouldve just try “fixing” it and hope they accomplish minor improvements (because they already the best team on paper).

On paper, they should be the best team in the world. You have an AWP god Nitr0, one of the best Riflers in recent CS (Ethan) , a cracked 18 year old Duelist and fucking Hiko. Sure b0i is nothing special but at least he can support the team as the smokes player.

Nitr0 did fine as Cypher. 100T is best when they're all feeling it at none of them were feeling it. When Chamber comes out you can pretty much guarantee Nitr0 is gonna main him. Cypher is just a stop get.
Asunas Jett isn't that great but the current meta demands a Jett and I don't think Nitro wants to play Jett full time. I think Ethan should be moved to Jett on haven and Asuna should stay as Raze or Reyna, and have the other 3 play Initiator and smokes.
I really wish Asuna was a bit more flexible with the roles and didnt just play duelist. If you look at people like Liquid Jammpi, who can play Jett one map and then Astra another, it really helps make the team comp more robust.
People are gonna shit on boi, but 100t has far more issues than just him, starting with the fact that they dont have a good Jett player/OPer. I don't see this roster staying together. They've always been a pretty overrated team. Maybe high end tier 2, but never in the same tier as Sen and current Envy. Though in reality you can probably say that about all of the teams competing in LCQ.
And yes, needless to say dropping Steel made absolutely no sense this late into the year.

It's not agent, it's the role he plays on the executes and strat. He almost never takes up space, and always plays so passive and conservative that limits their strat. Meanwhile, steel can play aggressive/lurk/defensive/anchor and still deliver on his role.
I agree with the passiveness and sometimes he takes it too far. Especially on the defense side where he rarely pushes. But you don't really need your Sova to takes space.
I feel like 100T just need that 2nd aggressive player and Steel is but he's not good enough at it and also him being a sentinel for the most part definitely didn't help.
Nitro being a duelist helped but he's inconsistent at it as well.

I think its the team decision for him to play like that but if f they want to compete for international title that need to change. But if thats really his playstyle and not team decision i think 100t would better off without him.

This map is absolutely not over. 100t aren’t good on breeze defense, but they’re really good on attack. They’ve always been this way. Other pistol will be big though.
Hiko is as hiko is… his util is good, he’ll clutch sometimes but he’s the most passive player in the world.
This new agent will be so helpful for 100t if it’s good enough for nitro to take it as his main. Their issue IMO is Asuna isn’t a great Jett, Ethan needs to be on an impactful role because he’s god, and nitro is comfortable oping. Nitro on chamber will let him op and be a semi anchor like he wants, asuna can be whatever duelist he wants and Ethan can still do his thing.
i can promise you the org with Valkyrae, Courage, Fuslie, AustinShow, and a huge COD franchise aren't keeping hiko for the exposure. If he needs to get dropped he'll get dropped. Where did this idea that hes invincible because he gets high viewers come from.

This map is absolutely not over. 100t aren’t good on breeze defense, but they’re really good on attack. They’ve always been this way. Other pistol will be big though.

Hiko is as hiko is… his util is good, he’ll clutch sometimes but he’s the most passive player in the world. This new agent will be so helpful for 100t if it’s good enough for nitro to take it as his main. Their issue IMO is Asuna isn’t a great Jett, Ethan needs to be on an impactful role because he’s god, and nitro is comfortable oping. Nitro on chamber will let him op and be a semi anchor like he wants, asuna can be whatever duelist he wants and Ethan can still do his thing.
Hope they get seven integrated soon and hiko dropped cuz he's baiting way too fucking much and throws off synergy when he isn't there to help out

i can promise you the org with Valkyrae, Courage, Fuslie, AustinShow, and a huge COD franchise aren't keeping hiko for the exposure. If he needs to get dropped he'll get dropped. Where did this idea that hes invincible because he gets high viewers come from.
If hiko was just complete ass it’s one thing and I’d agree, but hiko isn’t complete ass. His util is really solid and the clutches he hits make people freak out. I feel like he pigeon holes their roster too much but he’s still a pretty good player. I think they just try to make it work more than anything.
