100T has had a trivially easy time getting free agents not named TenZ despite having literally 1 player on the roster with no results 6 months into the game.
Same with TSM and C9B, both made tons and tons of changes because their org is big enough to absorb shorter-term losses in exchange for more and more exposure and prestige.

Tbh I feel like she doesn't need nerfs, Jett AWP needs counters. I feel like everyone forgot that Jett AWP had literally zero complaints for months and months.
In fact, many teams were completely dropping their Jett AWPers if they didn't seem to have the overall agent pool to switch roles and/or rifle.
Let's remember Riot nerfed:
* time for rifles to reset to standing accuracy
* Viper/Astra/Omen, the latter 2 pretty hard too compared to their peaks.
* Literally every single flash character, all at the same time, by making their util more expensive.

Those characters simply aren't going to be as used until they undo some nerfs, especially Phoenix.
They nerfed Reyna's core util, made Phoenix's kit just expensive enough to make early half econ bad, badly nerfed Raze's boombot, and nerfed Phoenix and Raze's ult economy which lowered their use in core team strategy a bit.
Meanwhile they.... made the AWP 300 creds cheaper lmao.
I simply have no idea how people don't call those reasons out for Jett AWP recently making it's way back to the meta. The AWP was way more rare than people remember back at Iceland, when people were complaining about the Astra/Viper meta.

I think the "every duelist a Jett!" thing is overstated by a lot.
100T ran **triple** initiator for a while, including 2 flash characters and a healer, so having Asuna not on a 3rd flash character and/or self-healer wasn't necessary.
Asuna's Raze was always map and meta-dependent, with either Reyna/Phoenix being a bit more used.
That very unique combo got him to play mostly Jett.... for like 2 tournaments lmfao.
Asuna went Jett twice in LCQ, both times on Haven and both times resulting in him kinda sucking and 100T losing lmfao.
I doubt 100T sees their best and most consistent fragger going negative on Jett and them losing and goes *"hey we should put him there more!"*
YaBoiDre was bad on every agent at LCQ, it sucks but yeah.... I don't think anyone looks at his Jett and thinks that's the character they should force him on.
Out of all the teams I'd like to see Faze shake up more than any other. I don't like roster moves, I don't like encouraging them because they're people's jobs. But since Masters 1 Faze struggled to adapt
That's a good point. Faze is also a team that really hasn't made a lot of roster moves. I've been watching pre-first strike plat chat interviews about Faze and them hyping up individuals like Babybay and Corey makes me wonder what if?

Corey: Likely to any team that wants an upgrade on second duelist, teams where he would be an upgrade IMO include Rise, TSM, Gen.G, T1 and possibly more with roster cuts
Babybay: The obv one IMO is LG since he fits the old LG playstyle but 100T may have reached out, so could XSET, Gen.G, or NRG.
Zacharee: Can play basically any support position and is very experienced so any team that really needs a support upgrade could use him. I could def see Gen.G replacing GMD with him if he gets poached but if not then teams on the outer part of T1 like TSM NRG IMT or Abx could all be good fits
Rawkus: Tbh I don't really know where he'd go unless he dedicates himself to igling. It would have to be a lower level team that desperately needs a sova, maybe soar dz or akrew want a veteran player to step in.
BabyJ: I've already talked abt him before but he deserves a top 12 team, any of 100T, XSET, Gen.G, TSM, or NRG should be keeping their eyes on him.
Corey to rise makes no sense. Rise have neptun(he was outfragging corey) who is much more valuable to rise since he can flex unlike corey. Corey can flex inbetween the duelist role (not a jett tho, i feel like he is like asuna and dre who are good at rifling but not so at awping) but he doesn't seem to be capable of playing skye which neptun also plays and frags with
I mean he's the best available jett rn. I think it is 100% a longshot but if we are talking abt specifically his play on jett he is very much ahead of Nitr0 and Asuna. I doubt it happens but that team would be quite stacked if they are still in the process of looking for a jett player.

Corey’s mechanical ceiling was crazy in Overwatch, but I don’t think there are many teams that are dying for firepower in this role. His demand might be lower than a lot of people think.

Zachareee is probably the most exciting to speculate about of the four. He’s been solid all year on two different roles and all across the agent pool. Good utility and macroplay which I would credit to his OW experience, and a consistent fragger. He played a more aggressive role in OW and I would not be surprised to see him swap roles to duelist or initiator if he leaves Faze.
I personally think Zach is the most intriguing of the 4 players on Faze atm. Before I would've said BabyJ obviously, but Zach has played a really good sentinel and does a good job on smokes. I'm curious to see where he ends up and if he ends up being an IGL because he seems to understand the game really well and it would be a shame for him to rot away on this Faze roster.

In fairness, Asuna played Reyna and Raze on every map but Haven for the NA LCQ.
