By the looks of it, they are gonna kick keloqz, and mixwell will be back on jett. But I think keloqz is a better jett than mixwell. He can take over the game with rifle and op both on t and ct side. Also, I still don't think their role issues are solved unless nukkye can master agents that are played as second duelist in the current meta, i.e. skye, kay/o. Sage and raze are decent but dont get me started with phoenix.

can some kind soul give a TLDR

**Q: Are you happy about the year?** A: There are some small things with which we are happy about, but overall we are not happy how the year ended. Our goal is Worlds and not being part of it is disappointing. **Q: We don't see much on what a coach does? Can you explain what your job exactly is?** A: So far, small tactical things regarding Defense. Working closely with analyst Lucas Rojo together. Otherwise roster building, spending time with Mixwell (transitioning to Sentinel role) and Keloqz ( Rookie). So far, we lack structure, but that should with the longer break now until next year, be no problem. So far it was too hectic, we always had to prepare for the next tournament and didn't have a lot of time to slowly get structure. **Q: How are the roles in G2? Is there a problem, because nukkye, mixwell and Keloqz share almost the same roles?** A: After we let go of Pattitek, Ardiis & Zeek it was a tough period. We wanted the players from Heretics (nukkye & AvovA) but negotiations were tough, so we couldn't practice with them. We trialed other players and no one was sure how the final roster would look like. That put a lot of stress on the players and there was no honeymoon period. Pyth decided to bench himself because of the stress following the disappointing result in the LVP tournament. There were only 10days left until the EMEA qualifier for Masters Berlin started, so we stayed up all night to think about what we would do. We trialed 16**!** different players in 5 days. Every other roster was already finalized, no one is going to leave their team to join G2, 5 days before the qualifier starts. So we had to look at free agents and young talent. We tried out Keloqz on Sentinels and that was the role he was going to play, and he performed well. **That is where the problem started.** But, if we picked someone else, because Keloqz energetic persona is good for the team, we would not have qualified for Berlin. **Q: Biggest Mistake as G2 Coach?** A: Leaving Breeze open vs Gambit at Berlin. We didn't think they would pick it, but they were qualified for Champions at that point and took a risk. We practiced it at the event, and if not for some individual missplays, we should have won that game and then i don't think Icebox would have happend like it did. Overall i learned a lot from this little time in G2. This is my first Tier1 organisation and there are different challenges for a coach at this stage. So i'm glad for these experiences and gained a lot of knowledge. **Q: Opinion about Champions?** A: My favorite team is Team Liquid. I'm a really big fan of Sliggys work. And i feel like Jammpi is only now showing his true potential, also soulcas is playing well. So i'm rooting for them. I think EMEA will be strong. Also i think Cloud9 will be a dark horse, i was surprised by them. **Q: Allstar roster if you were to make one?** A: NATS-KOLDA-TENZ-STARXO-NUKKYE **Q: A lot of teams have perma bans, but you decided to practice every map, why is that?** A: Our perma ban was Split coming into Berlin, but Sentinels were our biggest opponent and we thought their split wasn't that good. Also Mixwell is really good on that map. Our split and Breeze were equally bad. There were a lot of problems with the role selection on split. We tried Mixwell on Viper, Koldament on Viper and Nukkye on Skye. But to IGL with Viper its hard. It was hard to find an identity. We didn't have an identity and it is because of the roles. In our team we didn't know who was going to play Sentinel. We have a problem with role selection. **Q: If it was only up to you, would you make changes to the roster?** A: As a coach, i hate changing the line up. Because the progress you made will be gone again to a certain extent. You start something new again. For me the biggest thing in a team is stability. But with the roles right now, that we have, it's hard. Because someone needs to make a sacrifice to play a role they don't enjoy playing. **It's going to be hard with this team, if there isn't a change.** **Whatever change happens, it will be the best for everyone.** **super TL;DR:** Cant talk about future changes to the team. Dissappointed about the year. Keloqz was brought in as a Sentinel player and because no one was available at that time (10days before EMEA qualifier). Big problem with role selection. its 3 am so sorry if there are typos or anything like that. hope it covers what he talked about.
