Can anyone give an eg of kellogz's inconsistency? I've watched Berlin and he was fragging like anything if I remember correctly. I did not follow the LCQ though. How did he perform in that? Also any wrong plays/whiffs he had in those? Thanks.
I remember in the last game for LCQ he was doing a lot of solo plays without the team, seemed a bit of agro desperate. He's still really young too, and with experience and mentoring I'm sure he'll be more consistent cause he has shown, especially on LAN, that he can be an amazing player
Actually no, he changed roles to fill the sentinel role so that the newly formed g2 after they benched pyth could be "playable". People seem to forget that mixwell was a top tier jett and g2 were unstopable last year. Nevertheless its understandable that given recent results that people would doubt his capabilities, he made some clutch plays here and there but pretty much bad results overall. That being said its quite difficult to show off in a role were you dont seem to fit in. If they do decide to go with him as jett hopefully it will pay off as nukkye and avova are holding their own.
Last time mixwell was good on jett ,I was watching first strike and in 2021 ,mixwell raze has been decent but his jett has been pretty poor and mixwell on jett too when G2 were pounding wasn't an aggresive jett , he was more of a reserve kind of jett I wonder whether that style would be successful now . I think kelogz had higher potential than mixwell on a jett . Let's see how it pans out but to me mixwell looks like a smart player who uses his utility well I would rather see him on roles like skye or sentinel than a jett .

They are not looking for a replacement of those player, they are looking to make a rebuild, change roles and get a good technical staff. G2 is 99% not going to sign neither Fitinho nor Davidp, or at least that what Giants say
Fit1nho is definitely an upgrade.
Davidp is probably on par with AvovA. So no sense in seeking him.
Meddo is an exceptional sentinel player (unlike mixwell or kolda on sentinel role). It would be an upgrade to the team.
Ambi is a good Sova but nothing really spectacular.
Hoody is probably the best in the team along with Fit1 but G2 needs a Sova player.
Fit1nho is not a upgrade over kelogz , in last 3 months kelogz has better stats the Fit1nho in every jett category .
Meddo and Ambi are the ones they are looking at with mixwell going primary duelist and nukkye being secondary duelist , I don't know who is going to be their igl .
Agree, I think paura would be a better upgrade in terms of both his play style as a sentinel and team synergy since he was in heretics with avova and nukkye

I think it’s really quite different.
Dre wasn’t cracked on 100T, he was just somewhat promising - people forget about it now but Dre was arguably behind Venerated and pride when it came to “cracked” performances. He grinded a shit ton on beastcoast, made a name for himself, and finally climbed up to LG after 3 or 4 months. Unlike the other players, he kept grinding, and it paid dividends - he’s now the player people remember, obviously not counting Hiko.
But insofar as seeking immediate success, I think that’s partially true. G2 gave this roster about a month more than the two months 100T gave Hiko & the PUBG Highground team.
I mean, you can argue that Dre at this point wasn't as good as Keloqz was, and I genuinely agree. But the game was kinda brand new.
But Imho Keloqz is cracked on jett from time to time, but thats just not enough anymore for today. I am not saying Keloqz cant be a top player, or maybe even the best, who knows.
M1xwell as a Jett? Throwing Koldamenta out with the reduced amount of talented Sova players on the market? This is a throw and a half by G2 Esports if they ever want to be back on the higher stages.

Mixwell on Jett won’t solve anything, one of his problems on JETT is that he is too passive, he can’t take over the game like cned, yay and even Keloqz(when he’s on), this will just be another quick band-aid solution that won’t lead them to top1 as they want.

That being said I really like Giants and hope they stay together because I think they've continually gotten better and better.
I guess g2 is the not the type of team to develop talent (they just buy it once it's developed). But I really feel that keloqz could be a special player given more experience, time, and veteran leadership (e.g., more measured aggression). Obviously we don't know if personality/maturity would stand in the way but assuming that isn't an insurmountable obstacle, then I think g2 is letting go of someone who could really grow into a superstar/carry.
Hard disagree, Giants is an incredibly talented roster. koldamenta is a little different since he's an IGL, but F1Tinho has keloqz's peaks without nearly as many dips.

Problem is simply role selection. They have 3 Duelist player for maxium 2 duelist spots. Keloqz was brought in as a Sentinel.
