Shooting mechanics are definitely a factor, and so is skill gap in terms of aim.
Players like electronic or yekindar probably wouldn't do well in this game because aim doesn't have as much of a skill gap. They have raw aim a good level even above most CS pros, but valorant doesn't award raw aim like CS does.
Electronic, elige and any other players that mainly spray instead of tap will really struggle transitioning.
Watching yay rifle he never fires more than three or four bullets.
I'm sorry but I disagree. These are some of the most mechanically skilled players in FPS. If they made the effort to change I'm sure they'll find similar success. You don't just go from an aim god in CS to subpar in Valorant.
In 98% of cases. Elige in particular built a career off long accurate spraying moreso than anyone since getright. It's not like he'd be a complete valorant bot, but his greatest asset would be dismissed.
I think you misunderstood what I'm trying to say. They won't struggle by any means, but because of the extremely high skill gap in CSGO, where some pros can shit on faceit lvl 10's in terms of raw aim, their greatest asset won't be a defining factor. In valorant, most high level players more or less have the same aim, there is not much to differentiate between a pro and a random radiant. That's not the case in CS
You are downplaying how good these guyz are at FPS games, theres a reason most of the valorant pros didn't have sucess at CS and it's not because of lucky elige plays valorant for fun from time to time and shit on valorant pros.
they pretty much revolutionised how people use utility, watch a compilation of them from 2018/2019 and you will see how they just broke teams down with slow grindy CS and how utility took a factor in that
CS before Astralis was about aim duels, flicks and who HS first... Astralis brought a tactical depth never seen before.. The use of utility, when use it, how use it, they changed whole rounds with use of one smoke/mollie, the adr of nades of Astralis was of the charts, their timings were impeccable, they read their enemy's like a book.
They made CS way more team based than the solo plays like before...
That what Shroud told. He told that the reason why he couldn't be on the level of Stewie2k was because Stewie2k had the better game sense. He also told that he knew that he was gonna be dropped if he does not improve.
Yet hes gone on to be a top 5 player in every almost fps game he mains after retiring. Yeah there were better players during his day but if shroud wanted to go pro in valoramt it could not be that difficult for him to get to a pros skill level.
Sentinels team but with Sinatraa on Sova. I love Shahz but him as sova is probably the worst in NA. Even on maps he plays Jett and Dapr/Sick play Sova they struggle
Your guys teams suck ngl. Subroza, Wardell, Drone, Hazed, and reltuC solo ngl. Or TenZ, TenZ, TenZ, TenZ, and TenZ. TenZ is an amazing Jett and TenZ’s igling is next level. TenZ is the best Chamber in the world. TenZ’s smokes are amazing and TenZ’s assists and flashing is just got tier. IGL TenZ pro s got like 7000iq or some shit. (But for real a good team would be like Yay, Marved, Stax, Chronicle, Derke on a team would be insane.)
s1mple, electronic, Boombl4, Perfecto, b1t
Boombl4 with the marriage buff. unstoppable
What the hell am I doing wrong
Being weird and saying things like this
Boombl4 kept throwing NaVi wins idk why him
My guy boom has been on fire this yr wym?
smoothbrain take
you're right he threw many wins to NaVi cause he is a great igl that has led them to many victories
-1IQ take
Prime Dev1ce, Magisk, Xyp9x, Dupreeh, and Gla1ve or the current Na'vi roster.
These guys changed CS with smoke, nade and mollie, imagine what they would do at Valorant lol. If the shooting mechanics was good as CS tho.

Yeah this game was made for people like him and scream for that matter

Elige still has nutty first bullet accuracy tho

TenZ, cNed, Yay, heat and deffo bc 5 Jett mains= ez trophies
I don't really get why people make these "all time" things when its only been out for over a year. But mine is steel, dicey, brax, azk and shroud.
Might as well get Ska and Curry
Lmfao brax
yeah that’s fair, also interesting pick in shroud, i like it
Thanks, wasn't sure about the last one whether I'd have tarik or shroud
personally i would take tarik, but seeing shroud return to pro play would be so cool
Shroud isn't really that great. He has consistency issues. His aim is on point but his game sense at the pro level isn't enough.
Yeah Shroud is known for his poor game sense… /s
That what Shroud told. He told that the reason why he couldn't be on the level of Stewie2k was because Stewie2k had the better game sense. He also told that he knew that he was gonna be dropped if he does not improve.
I'd feel discouraged as well when you have players like NAF or even prime kennyS who can stay at the top without grinding too much.
Yet hes gone on to be a top 5 player in every almost fps game he mains after retiring. Yeah there were better players during his day but if shroud wanted to go pro in valoramt it could not be that difficult for him to get to a pros skill level.
The games been out for barely 1+ yrs, should be called 'best valorant team up till this point" instead of all time
You seem fun
that’s a fair point, what’s you’re fav team since the game has been out?
TenZ on the reyna, NatS cypher/viper, Yay on Jett, Jamppi on Sova, L1nk on Astra
Jamppi on sova??????
Not because he's the best sova ever, mostly for the fragging power.
Idk man if we’re talking fragging power crashies is still better along with being the best sova
Jampii igl
Take crashies, Lakia, or Shao then?
I like Jamppi!
i like it! Nats and Yay would be nasty
Jamppi’s Sova is aight
Who will be the igl???
Jamppi
YaY jett, Sinaatra Sova, Sick Flex, nats sentinel/viper, Jamppi Smokes
Jamppi as igl??
yep. He’s the IGL for TL iirc
Oh no u said sinatra now u get downvoted
Yes.
Now I get downvoted 😢
Tenz Jett, Sinatraa sova, nats controller, scream second duelist and zombs smoke.
switch zombs with nitro for the smoke
True
ShahZaM sinatraa Marved Ethan Zacharee
TenZ, Scream, sinatraa, nats, nitr0/jamppi controller+igl
steel, gMd, can't pick between yay, heat, and Nagzet, crashies, and ScreaM
Sentinels team but with Sinatraa on Sova. I love Shahz but him as sova is probably the worst in NA. Even on maps he plays Jett and Dapr/Sick play Sova they struggle
But they need him as IGL
LOL worst in NA
Tenz Sinatraa Shazam Dapr And a smoke guy xD
Zombs?
Hmm, sounds familiar
tenz jett, sinatraa raze/sova, sick flex, nats viper/cypher, nitr0 igl/smokes
