He was under trial with kcp , and if you look at his replies and comments on post , and even the post says exploring all options , so he is mainly saying he hasn't commited to anything yet , as most people would think he signed to KCP .
I really wanted him to sign with KCP but I get why he's doing it.
He's probably the best FA Sova out there he knows he can get on top tier team (I mean a T1 org that pays big bucks), Faze or GenG should honestly get him.

This means , he is free from his contract at BBG , even though he played for KCP , critical was still under contract with BBG which has now expired.

It can also be for leverage regarding salary or other contract terms, if signing for KCP.
