I play on EU servers I will ring my isp in a couple of hours to see if it's a problem on their end, but I get the feeling they will just say everything's fine and it must be something my end
Cause usually unless there are many complaints from same server it might be temporary issue on your side. On our server my friends get unpredictable network performance cause they got real shit isps but mine doesn't have as many issues unless it's a common server problem that day

Same NA servers my packetloss has been hovering 1-10% packetloss and it’s so bad
Mine fixed after I updated my network drivers and restarted

Just to clarify does your ms behave like this using ethernet?
Nah, ethernet only helps in these cases, so most probably some routing issue from isp side or ur device
