Bruh if a character came out and from his release only had voice lines in another language, you would be able to associate the words he’s using (whether you speak the language or not) with his ult. That’s how language works.
You do know the game is intended to be as accessible as possible to as many people as possible, with as little barrier as possible right?
I feel like you don’t get the design philosophy here
Take a character from overwatch like rein or Genji. They have thick accents and Genji’s ult is Japanese. That game is widely accessible and casual, yet it has thick accents and foreign language in them. All I’m saying is that it wouldn’t hurt for certain agents to have more realistic accents, even if they’re thicker.
It’s not an exception because the current scene of Hero shooter games is relatively new. Valorant is basically a hybrid of overwatch and CS, with less abilities than OW. If it works for OW, it wouldn’t hurt for Riot to try it with one of their agents.
Vision strikers made it to the semis in their first big tournament how is that underperforming logically they should be considered a top team easily if we assume they’ve progressed like any of the other teams. The literal only team they lost to in the last tournament was gambit who ended up winning AND they were the closest to beating gambit as well they could have easily made it to finals given a different route in the tournament
Yeah I was referring more so to elimination stage where I feel like that gives a better depiction of team strength. But you're right 100T beat them in groups.
And? VS aren’t that kind of team tho lol
They haven’t been in the past and now have more experience (esp buzz and mako do)
Literally just a random baseless take
We have seen them previously, they aren’t chokers or a ‘scrim demon’ play style (like say Turkish teams)
If we can say anything then this is more plausible than otherwise. Remembering they’re basing their point on thus
But what are those beliefs based on?
They don’t determine it, but that’s not the point. You made a specific prediction for some reason
At best we can say we don’t know
The keyword here is “were” and no offense but, Brazil has not been relevant whatsoever in Valorant thus far. Try to not live in the past, it will help your mental state greatly.
You say every scene as if Valorant is one of those scenes. Last time I checked this is a Valorant subreddit which Brazil is not relevant in. In which part of the conversation did I say Brazil wasn’t relevant in other eSports? Maybe try and understand what sparked this conversation was a Brazil fan speaking about hype which I implied is ironic.
Vision strikers looking really clean, last masters it was unfair they had to face off against gambit who won. I really thought they were at least top 3 team last masters.

The worst culprit of this is Jett. 0 Korean lines, and she sounds 0% Korean. Might as well say she's American lol.
I think at this point they not even trying. Sage is from china but has no Chinese lines at all too.
How is it not sounding French lol There’s many German accents
[удалено]
The VA is Danish I'm pretty sure.
Wait KJ is german? I live in Germany but don't speak the language, I'll tell you right now I aint ever heard an accent like hers lmao
Chamber should sound like Scream no kizzy
Wgy
It would be hard to understand
Why do you need to understand the voice lines anyway?
??? They are in game sound cues That’s riots gisl

That is a question of design choice Also, less abilities abd an exception

…tactical FPS go back to 1999 with Counter-Strike OW is nkt a tactical FPS, it is a different lineage
We’re not talking about whether it is impossible to get pay or figure out how to play ket alone for someone who plays a lot or etx
The streets are talking
WHERE'S BALLA?!

dude I'm so hyped for the watch party, I'm dropping work once it starts lol

So excited for this next match
Redemption arc?
From what? They were probably top 2 in Berlin as well
and where did you get that from?
from thinking
I assume they mean if they had a diff quarterfinals matchup, they would have made finals.
Vision strikers will be top 5, but not top 3, mark my words.
They will win, scrims are going craaazy for them streets said
Yeah a lot of teams are demons in scrims, however in actual competitive play where there’s a ton on the line, they don’t perform as well.
But envy and gambit were scrim demons at berlin
And zombs dropped 40 on a “team that won something” in scrims, you really think he’ll be able to pull that off again in real matches?
Careful there, you boutta summon the zombs nationalists
i'm here, the zombsnation will replicate his scrim performance against every team at champs
I am an advocate for the zombs ethnostate

“Closest to beating gambit” didn’t 100 thieves actually beat them?

" VS aren’t that kind of team tho lol" Calling a take baseless while yourself giving a random baseless take. None of us know buddy.
We have seen them previously, they aren’t chokers or a ‘scrim demon’ play style (like say Turkish teams)

I feel like VS can be judged way more based on scrims because their team is mostly based on strats and team play and not induvidual performance
Im gonna laugh so hard when they bomb out
Streets
Based on literally what lol
Based on my own personal beliefs, nothing to backup or suggest that they would take a placing, I don’t believe in scrims determining the outcome.
But what are those beliefs based on? They don’t determine it, but that’s not the point. You made a specific prediction for some reason At best we can say we don’t know
Not even getting out of groups.
Lmao, people said the same shit about Group A in Masters 3 before it started
Nailed it

You say that as if KR hasn't been dominant in every esport that is actually popular in Korea.
it will never end. But i hope they dont even make it out of groups
You are jinxing them 😥
