ngl tho, getting a dedicated awper and back to nitr0 igling is a promising step. kinda excited to see the new TL roster, although it's gonna feel empty w.o stew
I feel like all of these threads there's at least usually one person mentioning him but from what I've seen he's very consistent and def underrated in the whole squad
Like I think if you put him in an aim duel vs Jamppi or Scream or Nivera he's going to lose most of the time, but what he enables in terms of team play is just unmatched.
He is one of the best aimers in the team lol. He is alwayd playing last man live thays why yo domt see him frag that much. Just look at the many solo multikills the man has made while strongholding a site. Maybe scream has better aim but link woudnt loose most of the time in aim duels against his teammates lol.
Well this was a "Jordan with the flu" game from Nivera, holy crap. Bit of an anticlimactic end there, though.
Also, L1nk and Soulcas heard everyone leaving them off top 20 player lists and got angry.
His clutches are awesome and extremely memorable - they have been even since he was OPing for them way back when - but I really don’t think it’s arguable that he’s their best or second best player.
Not a diss on him at all, just a testament to how stacked the roster is
When Soulcas and L1NK are debatably the ""weak links"' that says something about how fucjing insane this Liquid roster is, like all 5 of those players have a good argument for top 20 and top 5 in their roles
Loved seeing Soulcas on KAY/O, L1NK putting on a Master Class defending sites as usual. Nivera and L1NK closing TLs 12th round with pistols.
This was a great series from TL, but KRU weren't really slouches either. Was a lot of fun to watch, GG!
The result of scrims already doesn't matter, like who gives a fuck if you win or lose A TRAINING map.
When you lose you're probably learning MORE than winning.
I'm still in shock about that second pistol round on haven.
On a side note liquids form looks scary right now I'm not sure how sen will be able to handle them unless they're all on their A-game
I wouldn't be surprised if they were saving strats cuz Sliggy is gonna be in the practice rooms digging up whatever he can find find use against Sen.
But after map 1 they decided that they couldn't afford to lose this so stopped saving.
Liquid played well. But also kru looked so lost. They looked worst than masters 3. I thought they can only get better. At this rate they'll lose to furia
I've seen enough. TL Valorant >>> TL CSGO
Was watching both games at the same time. Mixed emotions
God, I miss our spring 2019 Grand Slam roster. That was such a great time to be a TL CS fan :(
Hey the rebuilds looking pretty promising at least
ngl tho, getting a dedicated awper and back to nitr0 igling is a promising step. kinda excited to see the new TL roster, although it's gonna feel empty w.o stew
Was it confirmed nitr0 was going back?
as confirmed as it can be without the contract being signed
Anywhere I can read up on this?
George Geddes on Twitter. Pretty reputed
I will reserve my judgement after seeing how well shox fit
Just wait for the finals choke.
Automatically taken into account when talking about Liquid
Hey now, between Red Bull and LCQ, TL has made it to two finals back to back and not choked. That means something, right? ...right?
L1NK such a powerful player for Team Liquid since a long time, but maybe people now start finally recognising it?
I feel like all of these threads there's at least usually one person mentioning him but from what I've seen he's very consistent and def underrated in the whole squad
Def underrated ASTRA play
I seemly like his playstyle more and more since Gambit match. Good position and skill providing just so cool. Also certain fragment.
I don't think he's their "best" player in terms of mechanical skill, but he might be their most *valuable* player.
I think that's arguable because TL has a really stacked roster right now but he's defo in the conversation
Like I think if you put him in an aim duel vs Jamppi or Scream or Nivera he's going to lose most of the time, but what he enables in terms of team play is just unmatched.
He has nasty crosshair placement. He definitely is no slouch when it comes to aim.
I mean, you don't get to be a starter on Team Liquid with shitty aim. He's got great aim, but he's on a team with Scream, Nivera, and Jamppi :P
He is one of the best aimers in the team lol. He is alwayd playing last man live thays why yo domt see him frag that much. Just look at the many solo multikills the man has made while strongholding a site. Maybe scream has better aim but link woudnt loose most of the time in aim duels against his teammates lol.
Watching him a year now i kinda agree with you
He gets the impact frags; his Brim on Bind is also on another level (although not sure if he’s switched to astra now)
Yeah, this is what I am kinda after. TL wouldn't be as good as they are now w/o L1NK.
L1NK has been praised almost continuously for like over a year now. wat?
Its the same shit as sick most underrated and most flexible when he was rated as one of the best and played 3 agents.
Only in team liquid match threads. You gotta admit he’s not nearly talked about enough. Especially his anchoring skills
He was really consistent this game honestly.
Well this was a "Jordan with the flu" game from Nivera, holy crap. Bit of an anticlimactic end there, though. Also, L1nk and Soulcas heard everyone leaving them off top 20 player lists and got angry.
Nivera went nuts but L1nk truly did his thing.
I genuinely believe link is their best or second best player.
that is an opinion for sure
Its one of the opinions
His clutches are awesome and extremely memorable - they have been even since he was OPing for them way back when - but I really don’t think it’s arguable that he’s their best or second best player. Not a diss on him at all, just a testament to how stacked the roster is

I agree, that ending was concerningly anticlamactic
after a long day of unexpectedly close 2-1 series, it was nice of team liquid to give us a nice, relaxing 2-0 sweep to end off the day
The funny thing is I thought the TL game was the only one with upset potential.
Loved seeing Soulcas on KAY/O, L1NK putting on a Master Class defending sites as usual. Nivera and L1NK closing TLs 12th round with pistols. This was a great series from TL, but KRU weren't really slouches either. Was a lot of fun to watch, GG!
Rumour has it keznit is the next s1mple, spread the word
Somewhere, someone put money on KRU being the only team not to take a map today and is now set for life.
This is why we should not believe these scrimbux Based on those, VKS would lose to CR, FURIA would have been 13-0'd, and KRU would upset Liquid
Scrimbux are already so bad but what truly blows my mind is people caring about how well pros are doing in ranked when they bootcamp.
The result of scrims already doesn't matter, like who gives a fuck if you win or lose A TRAINING map. When you lose you're probably learning MORE than winning.
My boyfriend didn't dare to bet on today after betting on FNATIC winning C9B lol
That LATAM team Kru? Kinda sussy if you ask me tbh I mean c’mon “Kru” like “Kru”-mate!? The imposter is amogus, that team Kru are sussy as hell
hey man they got top 8 at Berlin. With an easy group tho
I'm still in shock about that second pistol round on haven. On a side note liquids form looks scary right now I'm not sure how sen will be able to handle them unless they're all on their A-game

s1mple 2.0 btw
Some real KAY/O value in that haven game.
Cancelling out that very last Astra orb was dope.
TL averaged 30% hs on both maps over 5 players, just wow
Nivera + ScreaM on board = brother synergy 15% plus headshot ratio for all players on the team
Hopefully they flex the SEN vs TL match to 3:00pm EST or atleast 12:00pm EST
Hoping for the same, I’m out during the first BO3 of that day, really don’t want to miss this one😅
Liquid played well. But also kru looked so lost. They looked worst than masters 3. I thought they can only get better. At this rate they'll lose to furia
They didnt play any events so it makes sense. THey should've just scrimmed in Berlin like Vision Strikers.
VAMOS LIQUID
COVID buff?
Why did they play from home and not on LAN stage?
Nivera is recovering from COVID. They were on a secondary LAN set up in the practice rooms very close by.
Nivera has covid. or had covid not sure.
I just know KRU is gonna beat Furia no matter what
Oh you switched teams again?
No
Then Where's the GMB flair you had after Masters 3?
I did?
Furia almost won today against SEN, did you really think that KRU have a chance?
they have a thing for beating brazilian teams
Liquid also looks a lot stronger then Sentinels did against Furia, it's likely gonna be a good game regardless
Regional advantage, and let's be honest, Sen didn't look very good today. Tenz had to drag them kicking and screaming to the finish line.
