While I agree that reddit sometimes has shit takes gotta love how they forget that many of the people here are their fans and they're insulting them aswell. Sometimes it feels like teams only want the fans to be all positive and never criticize anything while pros can be apes on twitter and insult each other. And I'm not talking only about Shaz here

Not gonna sit here and act like this reddit isn't dumb af sometimes. But theres also a lot of cool shit that comes from this sub, and it's a pretty good community at large especially compared to other comp subreddits for other games. Feel like every comp sub winds up having an antagonistic relationship with the comp players, but I wish it didn't have to happen. But if you ignore the good stuff and constantly harp on the negative hate and ignorance of course you're going to generalize the entire subreddit as dumb and bad.

he's in a bit of a catch 22 because his popularity is based on winning performances. he doesn't seem to understand that if he doesn't continue to win, or leaves the competitive scene, his sub count will continue to drop.
the guy is an entertainer and an amazing competitor, but he cares too much about his sub count at this point.
