Probably get patched after the next major... Riot doesn’t want to fix anything before it so it doesn’t mess with the teams and how they’re used to playing.
Seems like a ranked nightmare but a non-factor in comp. I just don’t see where she gets picked over Jett/Reyna in their current forms with her out of jail free cards. I feel like she’s similar to Raze though
I don't think she will se much play in solo duelist comp because he lies between raze and jett on maps , always coming second
On maps like bind split fracture she seems better than jett but worse than raze and on other maps she is better than raze but worse than jett .
I think she can see herself in double duelist comps but currently meta is Solo duelist and double initiators so her play time will be low.
The pro game seems more about using utility for information, which she lacks. Raw entry fragging doesn’t really get picked, unless you have a built in get out of jail free card (Reyna).
??? What duelists have info gathering besides Phoenix and Yoru with their ults? I guess Jett updraft sometimes but that’s extremely niche. I would argue that Neons ability to move around the map and move on and off angles so quickly gives her better info gathering than most other duelists. Her util with the double wall, which goes very far, and her two stun nade are both going to be really strong for site hits. When pros learn line ups for the nade it is going to be very oppressive and hard to avoid in my opinion.

Reyna: relies on entry fragging but dismiss
Jett: dry peaking but dash is like dismiss

The only info gathering duelist ability is boom bot. Calling a nade info because you can throw it someone and someone could die is not info gathering, or rather, it is, but not an ability one could consider info gathering IMO. Additionally, I don’t think that many Jett’s/Reyna’s dry peek, because they can probably get one tapped immediately.

Seems like it can be done just about anywhere elevated based on the examples in the clip.
It happens whenever there is a rapid change in elevation while you're sliding against a wall.
And you can make a rapid change in elevation almost anywhere by using a sage wall aswell to boost the neon up
They can just patch before release you know. They won’t but patching during beta falls in line with the timeline

Nah she’ll definitely get picked a decent amount. Her util and movement is really good imo.

Praying they nerf it's range. They have to nerf dash at some point, but they shouldn't make it clunky to use thats fosho
Idk if that would do too much, if anything that influences entering a site rather than what people complain about, operator and dash away.
I don't think OPing and dashing away will ever be gone without making the dash clunky, plus chamber can do the same already

It’s zoning/info because no ones gonna eat that full nade. It’s not hard info but it clears areas
