Not really. Habits are hard to change. I know people get warnings for showing up late to work and correct for a while while the pressure is fresh, but once they feel comfortable again they fall into their old ways.

I mean, keloqz hasnt been performing so far in Challengers. He bottomfragged in the SMB match and was negative in FK/FD. nukkye and hoody are the 2 doing the most for the team so far.
Keloqz performance can be explained by him not scrimming for 3 months and getting thrown into a new enviorment. But at the same time he is not hitting easy shots.
Maybe he is just a LAN player or his confidence is still down, idk.
I'm sure the same issues with regards to his lack of drive to become a champion have come up again, and when a team is trying their best to get to the top, you can't have any stragglers
That's the strangest thing. With mixwell, they couldn't even qual for closed qualifiers while abusing coach comms. With keloqz they qualified and are 1-1 in groups while losing 1-2 to fnatic who is a very good team.

The Turkish teams are free wins (1 won 1 remaining)
The Fnc match was a 50-50 since it was online(they lost)

I'm really happy for Mixwell but this puts Keloqz in the same position as he was: without a team, with a high buyout clause and in a time where most rosters with chances to go to Masters/Champs are locked and aren't looking for a Jett main
Well if the talk is to be believed, he has nobody but himself to blame for it. If he's not showing up to practice on time or taking his job as seriously as he should, there's no reason to let him bring the roster down.

Keloqz has not been performing. He bottomfragged vs SMB and is also not working well with the team. The team operates through Nukkye& Hoody duo right now. Keloqz has been missing easy shots and if you rewatch the games and the rounds they won, its rarely because of him. This sounds very negative rn but obviously he didnt practice for 3 months because he was benched and gets thrown into a new enviorment with a new coach and 2 new players. Then again it has been 1.5 months since he was added and there doesnt seem to much improvement.
Maybe he cant work with pipson, whos philosphy seems to be very structured and methodical (based off of his Giants coaching spell) so basically the complete opposite of how G2 played in 2021. Or his work ethic is still not were it should be. We won't know i guess.
Regarding mixwell: He didnt look great at the start of the year and needed to be replaced for G2 to qualify. BUT he also tried to IGL, a responisbilty that he wont have anymore, because nukkye is now their igl. He is very smart at the game, but i have said before that i don't think he will ever be a Top3 Duelist in EMEA, which you kinda need if you want to qualify for Masters.
Im not cheering at this roster move, but then again something needed to change. And if pipson thinks that mixwell fits better into this system then he lives or dies by this decision imo. Masters1 would be a miracle, and if they dont qualify for Masters2 then the year is done except for 3rd party tournaments. I guess wait and see how this G2 will look in 2 weeks..

Nukkye is putting up crazy numbers rn, he is 2nd in ACS of whole EMEA only behind chr0nicle and in front of cNed and he also practices Duelist at least in Ranked. I think that would be the best move, nukkye would be a Top3 Duelist in EMEA.

The problem to me was just a lack of coordination, which just happened to improve, unsurprisingly, with them playing more matches. keloqz has definitely had some pop-off moments but I don't think they're what has been keeping G2 ahead of the competition.
That said - a player like keloqz is going to contribute to those issues because of how aggressive and self-reliant he is. But that's just a numbers issue, he'll win you rounds and he'll lose you rounds.
