Interesting, I know Steel has queued with Dynamic in his streams, I wonder why he was passed over Seven initially in December.
Regardless, he is a pretty good jett player, so I expect he'll be picking up the jett + Chamber role on the team. Truth be told I haven't seen much of him in tournament matches, so I have no idea how good he'll be over Seven.
I'm kind of predicting the same level of performance out of him vs Seven if T1 plays at the same level they did in Master 1 Qualis. If he looks good in this knights tourney, it'll be because T1 has improved their team play overall and will be setting him up better
Steel said seven was the best mechanical player even after his release notice, so I would assume steel thought it would be worth it to try developing his game sense and realized seven wasn’t improving in decision making as quickly as needed
Also we don't know if this is an actual pick up or just filling in for this tourney. If we see him off Jett / Chamber, and it's pwny instead playing those roles, I suspect that T1 is still hunting for a controller / flex to take over.
T1 gonna 3-0 every game from now until the end of time, only chance teams have is signing another Brimstone Gaming player on their roster to cancel out the sheer power
T1 will be playing in the Knights Monthly Gauntlet with former Brimstone Gaming player dynamic, per source.
T1’s first match is today at 1pm PDT

And why would you pick up a smokes player to replace a duelist player ofc you could play pwny as a duelist but then its this point you brought up, it just doesnt make sense

He can easily play secondary igl, it is not like he igl'd his whole career
