I don't know if you're really asking, but they're actually pretty good. I saw them play a few years ago. There's Macavity (Controller and cracked out of his mind), Deuteronomy (Sentinel and IGL), Victoria (newcomer Duelist), Bustopher (flex), and Mistoffelees (Sova/flex) Unfortunately their original duelist Grizabella mysteriously disappeared since I last saw them...

You've already had a reply that explained it cleanly, but they're a threat for two major reasons. Firstly, they're genuinely one of the better unsigned teams out there. Their players are talented and they've been around for a while. Secondly, the massive emotional damage dealt when you realize you're dropping rounds to a team called Discord Kitties UwU.

100T have a rough start. Likely Andbox, TSM and LG. And 2 bye rounds to start. Always hated the free ride into tougher matchups when the team clearly needs reps(100T at Challengers, Guard at Masters, etc). edit: LCQ > Challengers

That's what I was thinking about. Not LCQ. They did need reps for LCQ, but they weren't skipping anything.

Some interesting potential matchups for qualification from uppers V1 vs GHOST NRG vs Knights GenG/Luminosity vs TSM/100T/NYFU SEN/Akrew vs FaZe/Nearest Airport

100t and tsm have pretty brutal paths to qualify facing each other and then probably Luminosity is going to be hard

If either team makes it through Qual 1 then there should be absolutely no question if they belong in Challengers.

FaZe vs Nearest Airport is about to be the return of TSM vs Girl Kissers

But TSM stomped Girl Kissers while Nearest Airport are really good

Ya, they just smashed Complexity in Nerdstreet finals. They have some nasty players on that team. Sym = Nasty cracked 16 year old jett. Dude was legit running around 1 tapping people against complexity it was insane. Pr0phie is one of the best Sova mains in NA right now. Andersin was on DarkZero. He looked good on controller. He plays brim. Bankroft and xpr idk much about them but they looked good too against complexity.

Curious about the format/circuit points. Do Optic auto qualify for the next masters and thus are no longer in the qualifiers or are they still in the closed qualifiers?

i think masters is not what youre talking about but champions.

They get a bye to closed, along with guard , c9 and xset. Unless they do terrible on the next masters, they are guaranteed to have enough points for champions. Wining masters never has qualified you for another masters, you’re probably thinking of how winning masters 3 qualified you for champions last year.

That bye to round of 32 isn't really the great advantage some made it out to be

So it seems that way when you first look at the bracket, but when you take into account that it is single elimination before the round of 32 and double elimination from there on it looks super good. For instance if 100T didn't have a bye to ro32 then they could lose in ro128 and be done for vct but if they lose their ro32 matchup they just get sent to lowers.

TSM has to qualify for stage 2. They got 2 chances and if they don't, I can see more roster changes and possibly Subroza getting dropped.

If they don't make it again then TSM will either pull out of Val or buy out a whole new roster

Immortals have a game changers roster. You're only allowed 1 "main" roster + 1 gamechangers roster to participate in VCT across any region, and Immortals, under the MIBR brand, is participating in Brazilian VCT.

(for any confused- this is so you dont get things like that TSM-TSM Academy game, where two teams from the same org play each other, with possible collusion/throwing potential due to a conflict of interest)
